Nice product for caregivers
Love this thing! My elderly father has fell several time and I was able to get to him quick. I put this emergency pucks all throughout the house.

Amazing product for caregivers
This was life changing as a caregiver. I care for my parents who live a few miles away. They each have a pager on their walker and the rest are hanging around the house where they can easily reach them.I love that there is no fee to use and that it calls my cell when pressed. My one complaint is that I need to occasionally check that they are still synced to my cell. I found that they suddenly were not when doing a test after about 2 months. I now check them regularly.

Peace of Mind! No monthly fees!
We purchased this for our mom. We placed multiple buttons around the house and one on her walker. Tested each one! Worked every time. Our goal is to keep mom out of the hospital. Each time she rang buzzer…we just had to go over, make sure she was OK, and get her off the floor. No need to call 911. One day mom we have to move in with us.We will be able to use the buttons in the other part of the house. Peace of mind!

Wants monthly few to give better app features
Product is good but app sucks unless you pay monthly for better features. This is why I wanted a paging set up so as to avoid the monthly fees of the other services!

Does not stay connected to app
The disconnects frequently from the devices rendering them useless. And there isnt even a warning on either your phone or beeping from the devices that they are not connected. My dad fell and sat there for 2 hours because the lanyard with the button alert wasn’t connected for some reason. Now I have set a reminder on my phone to test it every week. I have had it for 3 months and it disconnects at least 1 to 2x a month with no warning. It is not dependable or reliable

Finally Able to Use
For the past year, my mother has been in and out of the hospital. To top that, I got a hospital acquired infection and had it for over a year now. My mind has been mush but I finally had sense enough to follow the directions and have the lanyard convenient to my mother and it is set up to connect to my phone. We have a wearable necklace that goes with our alarm system but during the days I when I am in and out to the garage or walking the dog, it is not on. This is great for those that need to step out of the house yet be sure their loved ones are safe. I have great neighbors and if I were not home, I could call my neighbors or my daughter. I feel comfortable running out for a few minutes and believe it will help ease your mind if you care for someone.

Additional level of safeguard for the elders
I put this in the home of my 80 year old mother, one push bottom in each room, so in case of emergency or accident, she can just push the bottom and I will get instant notification via internet.
