Leaks at the first use: UPDATE
This blanket is very soft, arrived quickly and I thought it would be great. After using it for a nap, I moved it off the couch and there were glass beads everywhere. The beads are more like sand. I couldn’t figure out where they came from at first. Then I found a hole in the seam of the blanket where they were leaking out. I had seen this issue with other reviews for other brands but had hoped better for this one.*UPDATE*Customer Support contacted me right away to check in on the leakage. They were able to rectify the problem to make sure that I was satisfied! I now have a great weighted blanket! The blanket is extremely soft and feels very warm. It’s just the right size for a twin bed or couch throw.

Lovely product but not for me…..
If you are familiar with weighted blankets, then I highly recommend this one. It is beautiful, high quality, soft, warm, and very weighted! This was first foray into using a weighted blanket and unfortunately, it was just too much weight and warmth for me (I would recommend newbies try the 10lb, I got the 12lb) and it was just too heavy. It was also much warmed than I expected. But mainly, it did not solve my restless sleep and I was actually sore because I was moving and shifting under this very heavy blanket- like a workout!I would NOT gift unless you knew people used and liked weighted blankets.Again, blame it on me and not the product- will have to look else where to solve my sleep issues. I consistently wake at 3ish and can’t go back to sleep. I could tell I was still moving around, or trying to!

I absolutely love this. The weight (15lbs) is great and distributed well. And size wise is perfect for one. Its definitely helped me sleep better. I normally toss and turn and wake up several times, and have noticed a significant decrease. Its very warm and soft. This may be a little too warm for summer, but for now it’s perfect!

This has changed bedtime for good!We’ve tried so many things: tonies, nightlights, etc, but this blanket seems to be working! Super cozy, nice quality. Enough weight without being too heavy.

What a difference!
Purchased for my husband, says it’s made such a difference in how deeply he sleeps and how long he sleeps. This very much improved sleeping cycle has greatly improved his overall wellbeing. He’d been in a terrible motorcycle accident 8 years ago, which has left him with both all over bodily pain and severe anxiety.The blanket itself is very cozy, very soft and luxurious in material and design. It’s a definite good size for a throw-size blanket. Appears to be very well crafted. I do feel it was very worth the price and I do recommend this product.

This blanket is maximally warm and soft. It is also heavy. Buyers should be cautious and research before purchasing this item. Discover the best blanket weight for yourself according to this manufacturer’s body weight index. Their advice is correct. The key point regarding the manufacturing of this blanket is that its weight does not shift to the side. This is a tremendous point of quality. I have not yet cleaned it, so I have nothing to report. It cannot be sent through a standard clothes washer, so it must be cleaned by hand. This is the only downside, and it is a minor matter if you understand this before you buy it. For me, this blanket is satisfying and worthwhile.

While this blanket is delightfully cozy, after spending an afternoon snuggling on the coach, I noticed fine white particles on the outside of the blanket, and on couch. I do not see an obvious hole in the blanket, and it is still new. Is this normal? I would like to contact seller before returning this blanket, as I do love it.
