Day one it’s amazing! I just got out of hospital for low oxygen until my actual oxygen tank gets here! So accurate! It also does my blood pressure which I didn’t even know it did that when I bought it! Will update review with overnight results.

Data twilight zone
This started out as a fine product and then it began missing and skipping hourly checks. It skipped entire night sleep data and entire daily walking data. Sometimes it doesn’t even show my device to choose so I can resync with my phone. I have to restart my phone to get it to show. If it was collecting data yesterday ( yardwork and a lot of steps) it doesn’t keep it until you resync. Last night at 7 pm it showed 698 steps on home but 1619 on the detail screen. These “skips” mess with averages and being a numbers person it kind of annoys me. I believe it is still a Beta version and I sent Feedback to developer. I would like to see the option of adding data manually like my old Fitbit Flex 2 that I “upgraded” from to track heart rate, Blood Pressure and sleep better.Updated 8/28/25: today I was at 4300 steps and I looked at my screen and now at 64..HOW does this do it? I was awake twice last night, it doesn’t record my waking and sleeping correctly. Too late to return lesson learned. This still has too many bugs in it to even wear anymore.

Cannot Recommend
The Smart Ring was worn for 13 days and compared to my blood pressure monitor every two days. I also visited my medical health clinic and had the nurse check my blood pressure and heart rate. Both the blood pressure and heart rate from the Smart Ring always read substantially lower. Also, the step monitor from the Smart Ring never seemed accurate. I cannot recommend this product and would not buy again.

Looks good tracks great!
Very impressed by this ring, it is very accurate. I wish the battery lasted longer (I get almost 3 days out of a full charge) and I would love a notification of when the battery was getting low.

Works very well. I have found the Blood Pressure works as well as my home unit. The sleep function seems to be quite accurate as well

WORTHLESS
the app that goes with this ring seems pretty sketchy. It wanted too much personal information and access to everything on my phone. It is cheap for a reason. Fortunately I ordered a size 8 to fit my index finger because these rings run small.The company will not accept returns do I’m stuck with it.
