Jeanne hendren –
Excellent
This is bowl really helped my friend put more in her mouth and less in her lap?

Great bowl but way too heavy
The size & design of the bowl was better than I expected but sadly it is way too heavy for my Grandmother to hold. I plan to donate it in hopes someone else can utilize it.

Makes eating alone easy
Easy to hold, built to last. Wish there was a larger size

Serves its purpose.
Gave 5 because it is a good bowl, but worked better for a toddler or small child. Someone with advanced Parkinson’s might have trouble not spilling anything because the bowl isn’t deep. Good for holding crackers, but nothing more.

Not for me
I don’t use it. I still prefer to put my oatmeal in a 2 cup glass measuring cup with a straight handle. Maybe I will come back to this light weight alternative later on. And why do you think only seniors would use this?

Was smaller than expected
My mother had been using large round take out containers as plates. They have the high sides, light and easy to hold. I was hoping this would be a good alternative. But it’s smaller. It’s good for toast.
Grandma –
Loves the dish
I had purchased this dish for my friend who has Parkinson’s disease. She really likes it and says it helps her when she is eating certain foods.

Non Microwavable. Small Bowl
This is an easy to hold plateIt fits snug over your index finger and is pretty secureThe bottom has some non-skid tabsThe bowl won’t hold much and I wouldn’t recommend it for large meals or anything with much liquid such as soups or cereal. This would be better for snacks and sandwichesNon-microwavable
