Great Quality
All of my other “inexpensive” reading glasses kept breaking because of the low quality plastic used. These steel frames are both durable and flexible. They are the best quality lenses I’ve used as well – easy on the eyes. Besides being comfortable, I think they look better than any other reading glasses I’ve seen.

Works great
Do as advertised. Bought the lowest magnification possible since I am wearing progressive contact lenses. I could have done with no magnification at all. I wish they had offered it, hence the 4 stars for me otherwise it is a straight 5 stars.I had bought another brand which i had to return because of distortion but this is not the case with these. I recommend them.

Inexpensive But Very Functional
My eyesight isn’t bad. I’ve never needed glasses until I reached my fifties, and at first it was only prescription glasses to make it easier to read my computer screen but then it started getting more difficult to read small print. I started buying +1.5 glasses from the local drug store for my non-computer reading, but I saw the Foster Grant three-packs of glasses at Costco, and that made it cheap to keep a pair of reading glasses in multiple locations: my car glove box, my bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen so I could read recipe cards, and my computer bag. Those Foster Grants, though, would break too easily, e.g., a lens would pop out or the plastic frame would break. Decided to search Amazon for a comparable replacement and these are even better than the Foster Grants. Much cheaper than the ones at the drug store, and very lightweight & durable. The fit is perfect for me, and the hinges have springs so the arms will spread when putting them on. The soft cases (one for each pair) is a plus, too. Highly recommend.

Good but Rub/Smudge easily
I have used the full frame version of these in the past and was satisfied. This version is satisfactory EXCEPT that the lens rubs/scratches very easily. Specifically, these are my normal house glasses and I switch them out for my driving glasses when I get in the car. I normally just lay them on a tray under the radio – they may slide around a bit due to car motion. This has never been a problem with previous glasses. The lens on this pair smudge /rub after only one car ride. I now slide them in the provided carrying case which works, but if I forget they smudge, and I have to toss them.

The quality is quite good and for around $9 per set of glasses, the price certainly is great. The frames are metal with a spring hinge. The frameless bottoms of the glasses do add their functionality as readers and removes the slight distraction of seeing the bottom part of the frames. If you hold the lenses at a slight angle to catch a reflection, you can see a slight blue cast which proves they are blocking some blue light. The lenses does not cause any appreciable distortion (I have the 3.25x). Included are neoprene cases and microfiber cleaning cloths. This all comes nicely packaged in a small box. If these glasses turnout to be durable long term, I would certainly buy another set!
