Works for what I needed it for.
Got for my father in law to carry so if he needed us he could press it. Plugs into wall. Has multiple sound notifications. His however got stuck on “we wish you a merry christmas” music sound so when he pressed the button that’s what we heard in our room. no clue why that’s even a sound for an alert” but it made me laugh. Volume loud, easy to use. Plug in and ready to go.

Battery issues
The first one I got for my elderly mother. It was perfect for 11 months, then quit. I checked the battery and it was ok and worked when the back was off the alarm, but could never get it back together AND work. I read on their website it was warranted for one year, so emailed them thru Amazon about it. At first they didn’t want to give me another one “since it was so close to a year!” I argued that it was warranted for one year and since it failed prior to the year being up, I expected a replacement. They finally said they would send one and I could “pay or not.” I chose not to.Now the replacement has failed after 3 months. I wrote back to them about it to see what their policy is…I would expect they might say the warranty covered only the first one, which is fair, but I did want them to know we had the same issue this time. The battery is ok and it worked with the back cover off, but won’t work when it’s put back on. It needs tweaked by their engineering department, because when it works, it’s a wonderful device. I haven’t heard from them at all this time, one week later.

Got it for my 86 year old dad to get our attention in an emergency in our home. He hasn’t had to use it, thankfully, but we test it every time we put it on him and that works clear as a bell!

Looking for a remote Alert device?
Spouse is bed ridden with a no weight on broken leg. This allowed spouse to relax when I was in another room. They just had to push an easy button to alert me.

Funciona perfectamente. Lo compré para que mi papá pueda llamar a su cuidador/a durante la noche y el día.Tiene varios opciones de sonidos que son largos y agradables y que no se confunden con el timbre de la puerta de la calle.Puedes ajustar diferentes niveles de volumen y el más alto se oye perfectamente para que alguien pueda despertar y venir a auxiliar a la persona que está llamando.Añadiré si es posible botones extras, o compraré otros 2 aparatos ya que creo que vale la pena tener varios botones en los lugares donde suele estar la persona que necesita ayuda.(también lo puede traer colgado ya que el botón de llamada es de pila) En mi caso prefiero tener varios botones por si acaso.

perfecto para adultos mayores, muy práctico, el botón de llamada no necesita mucha presión es fácil para los adultos mayores, y el timbre es muy práctico que se conecta, lo puedes mover a donde te encuentres, el ajuste de volumen es genial, me ha servido mucho y mi adultos mayor se siente más tranquilo
