Best option out there for no monthly fees SOS alarm
This has been such a life saver for my elderly neighbor, and for such a great price and no monthly subscription fees for the basic services. You can add on extra services for a monthly fee, but there’s also this very unique option to buy a one time bundle of calls and text messages, and then when/if those run out you can go buy another bundle. I really loved this option, because she has only used the alarm once, and I don’t want to pay a monthly fee for that little usage. Of course it does have the basic, no fee option that will always alert the users of the app with an in app message if the SOS button is pressed, I just really appreciated all of the options to customize to your needs. This company also has incredible customer service as well. My neighbors base device stopped working due to some malfunction (it also has an option to let you know when it’s no longer connected which was very helpful in this situation), and they tried to help me troubleshoot it, but I really appreciated that they accepted that it was faulty and got another sent out in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible. They obviously take the safety of their customers seriously, which is really great. Would absolutely buy again.

Buyer Beware
Was not clear that you need a subscription service to use SMS. SMS is difficult to set up.

Life saver, literally as we cared for Dad. I recommend you put it somewhere central, not behind furniture for best sound.

Good Product, but…
This is a good product. I only wish it were louder. If I’m awake, I can hear it with no problem, but it will not wake the sleeping.

I love this wireless caregiver…the alert was at a level that I could hear even in my deep sleep. I recommend this alert caregiver to anyone.
