Great pill boxes
These pill boxes are excellent. They are large enough to hold a number of pills, close tightly, and secure locks to ensure they don’t accidentally pop open, and are easy to use. Great if you are traveling since they are less likely to pop open than some other pill boxes and the markings on each cell are easy to read.

Great medication minders
These are great! The tabbed flip-open lids are so much easier for my husband who has arthritic hands. The compartments are big enough to accommodate 5 large capsules and still have some room for small pills. The entire top of the unit comes off for easy filling and snaps shut so it remains secure. We take these with us when we travel and so far they have withstood plenty of mistreatment being dropped and knocked around. They are pleasantly color coded for each day which makes them easier to differentiate for someone who’s visual acuity is not the best.

After a year, still the best pill organizer I’ve found
Edit: a year on, I still like this organizer a lot! Enough that when my luggage got stolen with my pill organizer in it, I bought a new one immediately. I have friends and family with other brands that they usually dislike, and I recommend them this one instead.Original review:I’ve hunted around for a pill organizer for a while, and it’s surprisingly hard to find a good one, given how basic a product it is. But Amazon is flooded with the same cheap products under dozens of random brand names, all with basically the same design. Finally found this one, and I think my search may be over.My requirements were space for a week’s worth of morning and night medications, and easy to refill. Simple enough, but so many failed the second part. This one has been a dream so far. I got it because the lids popped open, meaning they would be easy to stay open as I loaded it for the week (my old one, the lids wouldn’t stay open, so I would have to rubber band them together to keep them out of the way as I refilled.) This organizer does great in that regard. What I wasn’t expecting with this was the removable top, and THAT is amazing. Now I don’t have to deal with leads at all, I can just drop drop drop my pills in, one after the other. It’s great. The compartments are big enough (maybe even a tad too big, but not bad.)My only complaints are that the black color is a tad too dark, making it hard to see if you’ve taken those pills at a glance. Also, one of the fourteen compartments on my item has a weak spring, and only opens about halfway by default, unless held open. The “spring” is actually just a piece of silicone; I wonder if a real, metal spring would have been better.Otherwise, this is everything I could want in a pill organizer, and more.

Medium-sized organizer; super easy to fill use with low executive functioning.
As an ADHDer, I’ve been trying to find the right system for managing my meds and vitamins, something that lets me prepare a week at a time and keep track of what I’ve taken each day, without having too many fiddly parts that can feel like a barrier when I’m low on EF, or removable parts that can get lost. I think this one is almost perfect, and it’s definitely the best pill organizer I’ve used so far.I LOVE the push buttons on this box, and the fact that every container is stuck in place and cannot be removed; this means everything is always in its place, and it’s super quick and easy to open one compartment, take the meds out, and close it securely. Being able to remove the entire top to fill the whole week at a time is a great feature, and the lid is very easy to remove and replace, while sitting securely once snapped down into place. However, because the compartment lids stand up straight, and because the push buttons make that easy and fast, you can also refill this very easily without needing to remove the lid. If you take different things on different days, then this might be a better setup for you, so that you can see which day you’re putting it in instead of needing to count from Sunday. The appearance is fine – I love the rainbow colored lids, which is cute and cheerful without being too tacky. The only issue is the black ink used to print the day abbreviations and AM/PM graphics on; it looks fine from far away, but up close, you can see that the edges of most of the letters and pictures are fuzzy, like something off a dot matrix printer from the 1990s, and the ink itself is textured and rough. This isn’t a dealbreaker, as it’s still legible and not ugly to look at, but if you’re really picky about your container being aesthetic, then this flaw might bother you.The size is generous without being insanely oversized. I could easily fit a one-a-day prenatal vitamin, fish oil capsule, and “petite” calcium tablet (IYKYK) in each one, and there’s still excess room for my smaller daily meds. I have used containers in the past that were too large for my needs, so I like that this one isn’t too big. It could actually be smaller, but at least if I end up needing to take a short-term prescription or something, I know there’s plenty of room to add it into this organizer. This wouldn’t be large enough for my elderly parents to hold all their meds for the week, so check measurements. If you have kids/pets/vulnerable adults in the home, or anyone else who needs to not be able to access your medicine, be warned that the push buttons are VERY responsive to touch. It would be incredibly quick and easy for a baby or cat to open all 14 lids and reach the contents, so be sure to keep it out of sight/reach, preferably locked up.

The design is incredibly helpful with or without a hand impairment
I take 14 pills/capsules every morning, and 5 pills/capsules every evening to treat various internal health issues, and the compartments are large enough to fit all of it without having to jam it in.But more importantly, I really appreciate the convenience of the design. Being able to remove the entire LID makes it so much faster to load. And the additional clamps to hold that lid in place are strong and secure. The buttons that open each individual compartment lid are easy to press, without feeling flimsy, and it’s nice to hear each lid snap closed so I don’t feel like I have to double check that each lid is ACTUALLY closed before I put it away.Even without any hand impairments, I can still appreciate that this design is so much easier to use than a traditional pill case. The only thing that would be difficult to open and close are the side clasps to remove the entire lid, but those are only there for an added convenience. Every other feature would make it much easier for someone with a hand impairment to independently use.

Easy to fill and use boxes for medication. These boxes are very sturdy and the lids shut and close really well. Easy to open with the box of release button.
SCART –
Had to order this after being forced by illness to take numbers of medications morning and night. It seems sturdy, is quite large and each of the compartments individually releases on a catch. Filling is easy as the container opens to allow access when filling the 14 compartments.

Arrived next day but paid for postage. Very easy to open boxes for pills and a good size so able to fit vitamins in as well. Slightly confused as to why the week starts from Sunday and the night tablets are at the bottom? but serves the purpose it was bought for.

Good size for multiple tablets, 7 day planning for morning and night is suitable for my needs. Colour coded day/night is a good option for visual identification
