Worth its weight in gold!
Amazing product, worth its weight in gold! Not only is this currently one of the least expensive, but it also has the highest amplitude at 12mm. If its still on sale at 55% off, grab one now. I just bought another for my Dad’s partner since she’s having trouble with her hip.The heated tip is REALLY nice, 140 degrees is perfect, you can feel it warming the muscle like a localized heating blanket. It is made of high quality materials, and has a solid feel to it – all aluminum body including the extension handle that *easily* threads on the base (you have to remove the really obvious rubber cap the other reviewer seemingly couldn’t figure out, also how you charge it…). Instead of other designs that have a curved flexible handle, this one is rigid, and really lets you work deep into muscles. 5 stars, all day long.

I brought six because they will make great gifts. Only one you need if you can’t reach your own back. Price was just too good. The heater works but will drain the unit fast.

Strong, loud, and broken
It is very strong almost too strong and feels well made, but it’s very loud like too loud to watch tv and use. It got louder the more I used it and would get really hot after just a minute or 2. Mine just broke yesterday (little over a month) wouldn’t turn on wouldn’t charge. I sent an email to support I’ll update my review after. Submitting now hoping I get a quick response.

Directions are worthless on how to use this unit and it’s parts.
The directions enclosed are worthless. I can’t even find where to plug into the unit to charge. It comes with an extension handle, have no idea how to put it on. I will return this unit.
