Good for picking up pills
This little piece of plastic was the perfect thing to help my wife get her pills from the bottle to the pill box. She has Renaud’s disease that prevents her fingers from feeling small objects. And the arthritis doesn’t help much either.

Ease of use.
I’m stirring something in a pot and I don’t have to find a plate to put my spoon down. I just put it on top of the stove and nothing gets dirty.

A good but a XL size needed
It surprises me that this is not advertised as for handling meds that you should avoid touching, particularly if you are administering them to someone else. As it turns out, I found even the large end of this pill spoon to be too small for the XL size of the meds that I didn’t want to touch. I have had to simply tap the large pills out of their bottle into a paper 3 oz. cup.
