Great for mixing crumb dough
I wanted to make some cheese sticks and needed something to mix the butter and flour to make crumbs. Last time we moved my dough blender got lost so I needed a new one. This one was a great price, is very sturdy, will fit into the mixing bowl, and even came in my favorite color. My old one was chrome and the finish had started to chip off. This one it stainless steel and will not rust. It is easy to clean, and works great.

Great little dough cutter for a good price
I bought this to replace one decades old that has very thin cutting lines so I would have to slice cold butter into my batters with a paring knife and then cut it into the dry ingredients to avoid breaking the little cutters. This new one is a wonderful change. It cuts easily through a stick of ice cold butter like a breeze and makes the prep time so much better. Very happy with this purchase.

Works fine but a little too big
Works fine and appears to be well made. Handle is not comfortable and overall it’s a little too big for typical home kitchen use. The other size is too small. I have big hands and it’s not efficient for blending the dough because of the size. I don’t know if dough blenders come in standard sizes but one right in the middle would probably be perfect.

I used to use two forks whenever a recipe called for a pastry cutter but decided to actually buy one. It makes the process so much easier! Materials feels sturdy and it’s easy to clean and store!
