Works Okay but Not Ideal for Small Kids
The ESPOO pediatric pulse oximeter works fine most of the time, and the readings seem fairly accurate when my child sits still. However, it’s a bit tricky to use — the sensor doesn’t always pick up quickly, and it sometimes gives an error if the finger moves. The screen is bright and easy to read, but the build feels a little cheap. It’s okay for occasional checks, but not as reliable as I hoped for daily monitoring.

Great
Works well

Good
I have to use it when my baby is completely asleep because if he or she moves, he or she doesn’t generate information quickly.

Simple and reliable for keeping an eye on the kids oxygen levels!!!
I have been using this kids’ pulse oximeter for a few months now with my 11-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter, and it’s been really helpful and readings are accurate. It’s small, fits their little fingers well, and the screen is bright and easy to read. I like that you can adjust the brightness too, which is nice when you’re checking at night. It also comes with a lanyard and batteries, which was a nice surprise. It’s super easy to use — just press one button and you get the results in a few seconds. I also love that it takes regular AAA batteries, so I don’t have to worry about charging it. Overall, it’s a handy little device to have if you want to keep an eye on your kids’ oxygen levels. Definitely gives a little extra peace of mind.

waste of money
Total waste of money! It only works half the time, and even then the readings are all over the place. I tried it on multiple people, and every time it gave different numbers seconds apart. Save yourself the trouble and buy a better brand.

Great oximiter with removable batteries
The oximeter works great, no complaints, and readings match my other device.Easy to use, durable, easy to read screen, everything works great.I love that it has removable batteries, since i don’t need to use this often and rechargeable devices tend to die if left unused for a while. With removable batteries i can leave the batteries out and use rechargable AAA which i use for several other devices and always have handy.

Have a child with Asthma? This nice pulse oximeter would be handy to have!
This is a nice little pulse oximeter, sized for a smaller finger as with a child. The main difference between a child’s monitor and an adult one, is the size of the surface where the finger is placed inside the unit, for the O2 and pulse reading. If the finger is too large, it’s possible to not get proper contact for an accurate reading. With that said, I was able to get an accurate reading- compared with results from an adult pulse oximeter unit- with my average sized pointer finger. The reading and results were quick.Choices and references for the display can be changed by doing a hold-press on the button to bring up several screens of menus and following the prompts. Or, just have fun and explore the menu. This is a handy unit to have, especially if you have children with allergies or asthma and want to keep track of the amount of oxygen in the blood. The unit comes with an attachable lanyard and batteries. At the time of this review there is a 10% off coupon that expires after a short time, but even without it, the price is reasonable.
