Easy to program, signal received 10 miles away, large and easy to manipulate button
I programmed it yesterday – easy process. Download the app to a smart phone, hold the reset until the button flashes, and enter wifi info as directed on your phone’s screen. It works by sending a tone, when pressed, and a text to the programmed phone – it also sent a vibration and text to my Apple Watch. I was able to get a SOS signal 10 miles away – the distance between mine and my parent’s homes. I’m going to program an Echo Dot in their home today in order to be able to communicate immediately in an emergency vs a phone call. My parents are elderly with fall risks – this gives me a lot of comfort that they won’t fall and not be found for a period of time. The button arrived with a low battery, but it charged quickly with the enclosed charging cord. I really hope that it lasts for a year or more.

Work great and I 1/4 the cost of the brand name
They came exactly as advertised. They even have a little rubber holding thing keeps them from falling apart when you disconnect them. They were about 1/4 of the cost of the same items at the Apple store. I recommend them completely.

Very hard to set up. The SOS alarm is not that loud on the notification on the cell phone.

Just awful! Like a child’s toy. It worked once while I was standing in front of my husband! Kind of defeats the purpose! Zero range – very misleading benefits! No thanks

Hard to set up and it requires a google account to set up
I was hoping this would work for my mom who is 88. It requires a google account to set up and is hard to configure after the initial set up. I bought the plegium and it was a lot easier to install on your phone and it just requires the recipients phone number.

Will not connect across network
I was only able to connect to a 2.4GH extender but not directly to to multiple band router. This has limited the device range to a small part of the house. In addition, it turned out it doesn’t support Apple Watch. It is totally useless to me. Back it goes.

Tolles Produkt, ich verstehe nicht die schlechten Bewertungen, weil einige nicht den geistigen Horizont haben, die Anleitung zu befolgen.Es ist Schritt für Schritt erklärt und funktioniert einwandfrei!Erster Test im vorhandenen WLAN Netz, funktioniert, dann bin ich nach Hause gefahren und habe gebeten, den Notrufknopf zu drücken…3 Sekunden später hatte ich den Alarm auf meinem Handy!Folglich absolute Kaufempfehlung!!!Super Produkt!

I’ve given 5 stars as at the moment it’s all working great. Very easy to set up with the app. I live approx 4 miles away from my parents and we’ve tested it and I get a notification immediately, which is what I needed. The app also tells you if the button battery is getting low so you can recharge in plenty of time. Not had it pushed in an emergency yet but we test it weekly just to make sure it’s working. Very cheap option for peace of mind.

Ottimo, facile da usare, batteria molto più longeva di quanto potevo immaginare, l’unica pecca ( se proprio la voglio trovare…) non sono riuscito a capire come cambiare il suono del segnale d’avviso nell’app del telefono… Fa il suo lavoroC’è un notevole ritardo tra la pressione del pulsante e l’avviso nel telefono ( da una trentina di secondi ad anche 2 minuti… )

Works as intended, super easy setup, love that I can share alerts to multiple people incase im not available, signal reaches really far actually.
