Great for holding an ice pack.
My physical therapist’s clinic uses these for icing after treatment. They hold ice packs on every conceivable part of a persons’ body. I like this width as it holds a bit more securely than the narrower ones.

This needs Velcro on both ends to work. Only one end has velcro. Doesn’t stay secure while wrapping
I bought this to wrap around ice or heat packs on my own knee. There is velcro only at one end of the wrap so it is very difficult to hold it securely while wrapping around knee or packs. There should be some velcro (hook/loop) on both ends of wrap to secure the initial circumferential wrap. I have experience wrapping packs onto knees, hands, etc, one handed or using both hands but this wrap was not useful. Wouldn’t buy.
