Can finally stop looking for gait belts
The leg loops keep the waist strap from slipping up, so this belt can actually be used for sit-to-stand while being comfortable and not digging into the skin or being too tight around the body.The grips are padded with a durable foam. The entire thing is very lightweight, yet still lightly padded and feels very strong. Because the leg loops go around through the inside of the thigh, it is possible to take off the belt with the patient in a sitting position.I could not be more impressed with this device. We tried the cheap one they gave us at the hospital (just canvas belt) as well as a similar one with grips. This one is the best, hands down, because of the leg loops and quality of construction.Using this for rehab to help my dad walk and use stair steps again.

Great product for the elderly. Well made, sturdy, and good value.
Amazing product, my mom is bedridden, she needed in office oral surgery, this product helped her walk, get into the car, easily get into / out of the dentist chair, and up 3 stairs. The Oral Surgeon is ordering 2 for his office to assist with the patients.
