Great coverage!
These pads do the trick in covering the entire lumbar area to help me with degenerative disc pain. They do start to pull away from your skin as you move if you intend to wear them for an extended period like I do. I put them on in the morning under a compression shirt to help hold them in place. It does a fairly decent job.The 3.5MM snaps are perfect for the Beliflu TENS unit I have. Due ot the larger surface area and it only using one set of leads, I do have ot max out the setting on the TENS. That is more the fault of the TENS and not the pads; however, they could allow for two snaps on each pad to give you the ability to increase the voltage and to modify the focal position of the TENS therapy.These pads are sticker than most others I have used. They state you can get 50 uses out of each pad, but I wear them for long durations. I am unlikely to get that many. After 5 uses, they were still quite sticky and stull usable. They are a little creased from movement when wearing them, but all pads have that same issue. I have not had these completely off my back and stick to my shirt, so that is a big bonus.I do recommend that you shower or wash your back thoroughly (and dry it) before applying the pads. The oils and sweat in your skin will adversely affect the ability to stick and reuse. Always start with a squeaky clean work area and they will last you quite a bit.

These pads are huge, exactly as I wanted. Very grippy. Connected to my tens without issue. Do keep in mind, you’ll have to turn up the intensity since the pads are so large so if you’re already on the highest setting, these may decrease the effect for you. Very inexpensive and they work great.

Perfect for the back
These tens unit pads are well made and cover a large area like the back. I have used them multiple times and so far they continue to retain the ability to be reused. Coverage provides good pain relief. Good value for the money.

the pads work great for bigger areas. i purchased these for my low back and hips. very sticky but not to sticky that its going to hurt when peeling off. very easy to use.

I’m a licensed physical therapist so I know quite a bit about tens unit. I ordered these pads as it appeared that they were compatible with most tens units(button) that is not the case -I have an omron unitThese pads are not compatible with most Omron 10 unit that should be made clear in description
