I have had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep for the past few years. For the past year I’ve also had hot flashes waking me up several times and then being unable to fall back to sleep. I decided a couple months to give melatonin a try again, in the past it didn’t work well for me & would give me sleep terrors. These were heaven sent. No night terrors, and I slept so nice. I recently ran out so I got some random ones from Publix, not only am I back to having night terrors with them but they taste awful. I just placed another order for these ones again because my experience was so good with the first bottle I had. I was passing them around like candy on family vacation, everyone loved them.
