Customers say

Customers find the pill organizer easy to use and load, with a cute pink design and functionality that works well for most small-medium medicines. The size receives mixed feedback – while some find it perfect for purse use, others note it’s too small for large pills. The rotation ability also gets mixed reviews, with some saying it spins perfectly while others report it doesn’t turn at all. The product’s quality and break rate receive negative feedback, with customers reporting low quality and top breakage after a few months of use.

    Good for preteen.
Updated update: Item worked well for my preteen but broke easily when dropped (which happened alot). I recently found pills had spilled inside a cabinet because the top cover of the pill case no longer fastened on correctly (the little tab thing snapped off). My child had not realized it was broken, so had tossed it back into their bin, and pills went everywhere! Spilled meds is not just a financial concern, but a safety issue since we have a small child and pets!We switched to “INVODA Pill Cases Pill Box Weekly 3 Times 7 Compartments Large Medicine Pill Organizer (Group 3PCS+Bag 3PCS)” by the same manufacturer because it is a multi-pack (broken ones can be immediately replaced). Also, it has a case to protect the item from drops and contain the contents in the event a crack goes unnoticed.I asked my preteen for their thoughts now that they’ve used two different ones: This item has a hollow door/hatch, and pills get partially stuck inside it, preventing the item from rotating. The fruit slice version has a closed off door/hatch, making a smooth wall when closed. Apparently this feature alone makes the fruit slice version far superior. But, still 5 stars!Update: After several drops, the top cracked and item was unusable. We tried out a few similar products, but eventually returned to this one. Even if I have to replace it once or twice a year, at this price and with its performance, this is still a great value!!!My preteen has been taking a daily med for a few years now, and they are pretty independent about it. Still, I regularly glance in their amber vial to ensure they are on track .Recently, they were prescribed a second med to also take in the morning. Unfortunately, their second med looks almost identical to their first, and I was afraid that, in the morning rush, they may lose track of which one they had taken, and double on one and miss a dose of the other, which would be a huge problem for these meds. This pill box was the perfect solution!Pros: Available in their favorite color. Easy to fill. Push button rotating action is fun and novel. Easy view from the top with labeled days, which as an unexpected bonus, makes its a breeze to verify their meds were taken.Cons: Too fun looking if you have a small child in the home (We also have a toddler, and we have to watch to ensure this box is put away correctly out of reach) Not child resistant (this probably seems obvious, but it’s something to consider). Likely to not be drop resistant (I can see how the top window one opens to refill may easily fall out if this box is dropped).

Cute, colorful, and fun way to store pills
These are a little small to keep tons of pills in, but I got the set of 4 so I can change them out through the seasons and for am/pm because I like to have separate cases for them. I might even gift 2 of them. but I mainly got them to have 2, one to hold morning pills, and one for bedside at night. I’ve had ones like these before, but they weren’t marked for the days. The only problem with these is they are plastic and may very well be liable to break, however they are cute, and they don’t make me feel old for having to take a ton of pills at 29 years old. I highly recommend them, and if you get them, take care of them. Even if they are plastic and can handle a lot of stress or jostling or whatever, they can still crack and break, Overall rating is 5 stars, but I gave it a 3 for sturdiness or durability.

    Compact & Convenient.
This fits in the palm of your hand and can easily be placed inside of a sandwich bag. I do that because when I travel, I like to make sure it is contained should it open up or break. Happy to say, thus far it hasn’t. It’s easy to use, by pushing down on the white button in the center and it propels your pills into the next day. There is a little door for which when you open, you can easily dispense your pills for that day. But, if you have several pills to take throughout the day, you have to pour it out and hope the one you need comes out. Otherwise you will have to empty the little compartment of all its contents to get the pill(s) you need for that moment. For me, I take pills once a day so this works. I suppose you can buy one for the morning, noon and night, if that’s what you need and want to do. For the cost, I did buy two because the price is very reasonable.Somethings to know: 1) It holds one week of pills, so you will have to fill it weekly. 2) The size of each compartment is small so depending on the amount and size of your pills, you should give consideration. 3) It really is great for travel. 4) The plastic covering is hard to get off. You need to open the little dispensary door and apply upward pressure to unlock or remove from its place. I needed help with this at first. But, careful not to apply too much pressure or it may crack. 5) There is a block so if you need to take off the lid you can push that block to the dispensary door and nothing will come out.Overall I really like this and I purchased 2 of them. I’m thinking of getting a few more, just in case it breaks. I was leary when I first purchased this because of the reviews about how flimsy it is. But overtime it becomes easier to use, just handle it with care!

    Not durable
I have bought three or four of these, they’re super cheap yes, but they just keep on breaking. I’m not clumsy but when the box has taken a fall the plastic breaks apart way too easily. Everything else about it is good though. Easy to use, good design, it’s compact but all I would say is just be very careful with it.

    Excellent product
This pill organizer is brilliantly designed—it works like a dial, with each day of the week clearly marked. Just push the center button, and it smoothly rotates to the next day. Each compartment has a flip-down hatch that’s easy to open but stays securely closed when not in use.No more fiddling with tiny lids or double-checking if you took your pills. It’s intuitive, efficient, and actually kind of fun to use. Hands down, the best pill organizer I’ve ever!

    Works as advertised
These are okay and work well but if you put a big pill in there it’ll jam up. Seems like it only works well with small round pills not larger elongated pills.

It’s ok just don’t drop it!!
The compartments are a fairly decent size however, if the pill is small they somehow travel between compartments or get under the wheel itself. Also whatever you do DON’T drop it!! The lid will pop off and pills go everywhere! It’s a good idea, just not a very durable material or door.
