The AI noise cancelling is amazing — it blocks out background noise completely, so people only hear me, not what’s going on around me.The sound quality is crystal clear, and the Bluetooth connection is super reliable. Over all, the headset is very comfortable, lightweight and the sound is great. I would rate it a 10 out of 10. I love the fact that I am able to hear the caller very clear without interference of static or echoing. And, once charged, it can sufficiently withstand an 8 hour work shift for a max of 3 days without having to continuously charge it. Perfect for everyday work adventures!!! I think is a steal for the price so I definitely recommend.

This is fantastic! The single-sided design is lightweight and flexible. The AI noise reduction technology works amazingly well; even in an office setting, the other party can’t hear any surrounding noise. The USB dongle is easy to connect—plug and play—for ultimate convenience. The sound is clear and lag-free, the volume is easily adjustable, and the battery life is excellent. I can easily handle video conferences of over three hours a day.

Never going back to a corded headset.. ever
I bought this because I was sick of wires lol. Was initially a little bit skeptical about only having one side have the earphone, but it ended up being more beneficial that way because it left one of my ears free. This is great for Telehealth and voice dictation for scribing purposes. Set up was very easy and can be connected via USB or bluetooth. Headset itself is adjustable, so the non-ear phone side can rest wherever is most comfortable for the user. Seems high quality, and I like that there’s a separate microphone mute button, on/ button, and volume controls on the headset itself. Not at all bulky. Sound quality is good. I am very happy with it and will absolutely never go back to corded headsets.
