Easy, fast, cold and WORKS!!!
oh my gosh!!! if you have size 5 shoe for ladies, these in size small will FIT!!! They are excellent to keep the swelling under control and or IF you are having a rough swell day, these will bring your feet and ankles back to life! They take a good two hours to get ice cold, (I have not tried them hot) and they absolutely reduce swelling and freeze pain. They stay cold a good 15 minutes. IF you have sensitive skin, be sure to wear or grab a little super soft facecloth or baby wash cloth to put around the lower part of your leg above the ankle so you to not burn that skin. I have 3 pairs. Two in the freezer and one I will try soon with the heat.

Wow!! I put these in my fridge (ordered two=1 pr) as soon as I got them. It was only a day or two later, laying in bed, & my feet were hot. I hate it when my feet are hot! No matter what time of year, 99.9% of the time, my feet have to be free, cool, not under any blankets, even if they feel like ice to anyone weird enough to check! All the sudden I remembered I’d ordered these. Excited, I got them out of the fridge.They were SO silky to slip on, deliciously chilly, and SO incredibly comfortable!!!! Perfect fit!! I fell asleep after about 15 minutes, VERY happy!!If your feet get hot…GET THESE!!!I wear about a 10-11 women’s or 8.5-9 in men’s shoes.

Excellent Ice Pack Shoes
These are the most wonderful reusable full foot gel cold therapy boots that I have ever found!!! I have bad nerve damage in both of my feet with extreme burning and swelling. These boots will calm my feet in a matter of minutes once I put them on. The other wonderful thing about them is that they are not stiff when you remove them from the freezer. They are very cold, but are nice and flexible which helps to surround all of your feet and ankles to get the full effect of the cold pack. I have 4 pairs and highly recommend them. They stay cold for at least 45 minutes even with my feet as hot as they get.

Ice Sock
I purchased this ice sock as an alternative for an ice pack for my ankle surgery. I like that you can velcro it on and it stays in place as ice packs usually do not. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and it fits well and covers my ankle. A larger foot it may not cover your ankle and/or fit comfortably. It is convenient to use and chills quickly in the freezer. The reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is because it only stays cold for about 15 minutes. I do like the product and would recommend it.

Wow! These are amazing. They feel nice. I left in the freezer for a few hours. I put on high ankle socks and these over, and what a delightful coldness. I’ve had them on around 15 minutes and they’ve begun to warm up, which to me is a good amount of cold time. Great product and I highly recommend, super comfy!

Encases entire foot and ankle in cooling relief but doesn’t stay cool long enough.
The description says you can STAND in it. I found that putting pressure on the heel by standing (or maybe in the process of getting up to a standing position) caused it to leak a tiny bit and at that point in the heel, it picked up fibers from the carpet that stuck to it. Easy enough to pull off those fibers, but it made me think that some gel must have leaked – a tiny bit – to give the fibers the sticky-ness. So I think as long as you are sitting or lying down, you don’t have that issue. The beauty of this, though, is that it does encase your entire foot and ankle in soothing cooling relief vs. a wrap that only covers part of the foot or ankle, and it’s very easy to put on and is comfortable. In that respect, I give it 5 stars. I removed one star because it doesn’t stay cool as long as I would like – not as long as other cold wraps that only cover part of the foot, and then I removed another star because I do think that with pressure, the gel leaks a tiny bit and you shouldn’t stand while wearing this. I don’t know what else would explain the small collection of carpet fibers at the heel. I’d like to give it 3 and a half stars but that’s not an option. I’m keeping it in any event.

Absolutely amazing
AMAZING!I have been suffering from hot feet at night.I started putting my feet on an ice pack and someone told me that Amazon sells cooling socks…I had never heard of it but it sounded wonderful.I bought the 2 pack and it is game changer for me.I love them, I put mine in the refrigerator but you can put them in the freezer as well…the refrigerator temperature is perfect for me.Time will tell how well they hold up but they seem like very good quality.I am very pleased with my purchase.

Warning: These stain everything!!
I love these except one big issue—there should be a warning that they dye everything!! My feet turned black!!! My brand new carpet —stained black. I don’t know how I’m going to get the stain out. I will use these because they really help my feet however, I will try to avoid walking in them or maybe find some huge socks to put over them.

Wow…put it in the freezer for almost 4 hours and it’s really cold…and still very soft at the same time.I have plantar fasciitis and have been wrapping big blocks of ice under my foot…of course you get interrupted and have to get up, but first must remove the ice block…this sock changes all that. I’m thrilled!I wear a 8.5 women’s shoe…sock fits perfectly fine!

I have a foot that had surgery some years ago and it pains all the time. I bought this to help ice it at night. This sock is simply amazing! Super highly recommend it! It literally cooks your entire foot and ankle. Best ice pack I’ve ever bought!

I have fibromyalgia, and this helps so much with pain, not to mention that the cooling sensation is so great when it’s 30 Celsius. If you are in my situation, and have constant pain, this might be something you want to give it try as it relaxes you so much and takes some of the pain away.
