Great PAIN relief !
Awesome, awesome, and awesome pain relief! These fit with the gel that cools located in all the right spots. The material is as smooth as silk and does not hurt putting them on. At first they almost seemed too cold, but worth it for the relief. I can still write and use my fingers and hands with them on. I am going to research if this company makes products for other areas, I want them all. The quality is worth every penny. I can not rave enough about every aspect of these. I bought the small/medium and it was a perfect fit for my medium size hands with long fingers. It might be slightly big for tiny hands. The thumb was covered very well with coolness, wrapping it completely. The only thing I noticed that might be a con to some is where their two pieces meet are not seamless. The seam may cause some discomfort along the side of your palm that rest on most things. So far it has been cool enough that I was not able to notice, but my pain is mostly in the center of the palm, top of hand, and the wrist. Those are covered completely. I would recommend it for those that like cold for inflammationand pain relief. I have even wore them not cooled in the freezer for the support and mild coolness the gel still gives off. They came in a pair not just a single like most of them I looked at. The slip on with no velcro or snaps.

Very pleased with the Artic thumb/wrist sleeve. Easy to get on & off. Initially very cold especially around the thumb, sometimes have to remove or put thumb w/ rest of hand for a minute. The cold lasts for about 10-15 minutes but have the 2nd sleeve in the freezer ready for additional 10-15mins if needed. So another reason like this product it comes w/ 2 sleeves. Comfortable, provides some support, no metal brace which I didn’t want. Mostly use for the cold but did try it heated 20 secs in the microwave just be careful it gets hot. Would buy again.

Hot and Cold although nothing on the box or instructions stare hot.
I wanted this for hot therapy. I was suprised thst nowhere on the box instructions does it mention hot therapy or how to heat it. I went back to the Amazon listing and followed the microwave instructions there. You may need to adjust times, depending on your microwave.I had no issues micowaving it, but the thumb area becomes significantly hotter than the rest. I had to put my thumb in the hand area, until it cooled a bit. I also want more warmth in the wrist and less in the thumb. I ended up tucking the thumb part inside towards the wrist initially, since it was much hotter. The next time, I tucked the thumb inside the glove while microwaving. This provided a better uniform heating result.The glove itself is very comfortable. I bought S/M and was concerned it might be tight. I’m a female and wear medium typically. But, the glove fits well, while also having a significant amount of stretch. You can pull on the side or thumb and it will stretch another 1-2″, so it should fit most hand sizes. It also rebounds back into shape nicely.I think for cold therapy it would be great as well.

Soft, comfy, and soothing pain relief!
These ice pack mitts are exactly what I was looking for to give me temporary relief from tendinitis in my wrist and carpal tunnel syndrome. I store them in the freezer, and then place them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before wearing them because if I put them on straight from the freezer, the mitts are so cold it’s almost too painful to bear from the cold sensation. However, allowing them to warm up just slightly in the fridge first is perfect! The mitts are very soft and comfortable. I have small sized hands and these hug my wrists with just a little breathing room, which is fine. I can’t say anything about the heating functionality because I’ve only used these as an ice pack. The cold sensation lasts about 10 minutes and then it stays cool for another 10 minutes or so. I suppose if you put them on straight from the freezer the cold sensation will last longer. Overall I’m very happy with these and they have helped me handle the pain of tendinitis.

NOT Made for Heating!
These gloves were comfortable and offered good compression. However, I needed heat therapy for basal thumb arthritis and the heating from these only lasts about 2 minutes. The description says you can heat these in the microwave, but the heat didn’t last. I was constantly reheating them. If you heated them too long, they would burn too much to wear.I ended up returning them and purchasing rechargeable heating gloves instead, which last much longer. In all fairness, I did not try cooling these since that would only worsen my pain.

Pain relief
What a Godsend your Arctic products are. I purchased the wrist and hand therapy packs. I love how I can use them hot or cold. They are such a relief for my pain. I also bought the head cap and shoulder relief packs. I suffer from migraines. I keep them in the freezer and ready to go. They are such a relief too. I love how soft the packs are. They’re very cushioning. I will continue to purchase your products in the future. I am so glad you are here. 🙂

They get the job done
I’m a chiropractor so I try to use these every night to fight inflammation and tendinitis in my wrists. Small/medium size fits a tad loose but they stay on and don’t fall off. I do have pretty small wrists. Material is really nice so I think they will last a while.Only reason I give 4 stars is because they start to lose their cold too quickly for my liking after about 8 minutes or so.
