Great icepack and easy to use
Bought this item to replace the insert for my knee icepack. I use it daily for knee swelling and pain. Very easy to use and get around while in use. So glad to find the replacement insert here. With daily use and bending of the pack, it developed a break in the seam. Don’t know what I would do without this convenient relief!

Only holds cold for one hour
Nicely designed shape but only held cold for about an hour. Wanted to use it post total right knee replacement but bought a reserve gel bladder. Just doesn’t last long enough.

Defective item.
We bought a replacement for the original that came with the holder. The original pack began leaking and so did this replacement! The item has to be bent to put into the holder and it develops a leak in the seal.

Found item to be very useful. However, edges of freezer bag began to open only after a short period. Purchased 3 freezer bags and 2 were split open when taken from freezer. Very disappointed.
