I just received this ESR iPad case with keyboard, and overall I’m really impressed!What I love most is the two-piece design. The iPad itself has its own protective case, so I can easily detach it and use it without the keyboard when I just want to hold it in my hands. When I do want to type, the case connects magnetically to the keyboard, turning it into a mini laptop. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this keyboard and case. Let’s address the downside first: the keyboard and case are nearly as thick and heavy as my MacBook Pro M3. I had read similar comments in other reviews, so I was aware of this before purchasing. Another minor issue is the lack of a cutout for the Apple Pencil. This means I can’t put a cover on my pencil while charging it, which is a slight inconvenience but neither are deal breakers for me.On the positive side, I truly appreciate the removable case feature. This is why I chose this keyboard case. I often use my iPad without the keyboard, and it’s reassuring to know it’s still protected. The keyboard itself is impressive; it connected easily on the first try and has remained consistently reliable without any connectivity problems. The mouse functions smoothly, and I am particularly impressed with the keyboard’s battery life, even when using the backlight feature. 2013 MacBook Air Replacement
Recently, I picked up a Mac Studio for a steal so I haven’t really needed my old 2013 MacBook Air much except when traveling or feeling extra lazy on the couch to do a few things with a proper keyboard instead of typing out much on my iPhone or iPad. Then, through a work promotion, I was given a 13” iPad Air. (That thing is amazing on its own, but that’s a different review.) I realized the added real estate on my new iPad means I could do everything I was going on my MacBook Air if ONLY I had a keyboard and trackpad.Enter the ESR iPad Air 13” Case!Straight out of the box, it felt great! The magnets hold my iPad snugly! The case tilts and holds the screen just where I want it! And it all folds up into a nice, neat package! Battery life seems to be good enough for the infrequent times I’ve needed it. The response is instantaneous and the trackpad is perfect!I only had ONE (maybe two) complaints: The trackpad doesn’t tap-click like my MacBook Air and the two finger scroll is backwards for how I like it. Thank you Google AI for sharing the fix. Under the Settings>General>Trackpad, I could change both of those settings. THAT is what spurred me to write this review.I have ZERO complaints about this thing now! It’s EXACTLY what I needed and now I’m retiring for good my MacBook Air! This thing is providing the exact functionality I need at an incredibly great price!

It’s a game changer!
I am truly amazed by this product. I received it earlier than expected given that this was shipped overseas.I made sure I tried the product first before leaving a review, and so far, I’m loving it. I really did not expect the quality to be this good, given that it’s much cheaper than the ones sold in Apple store.The magnet is strong, the keyboard looks really sleek, and I can change them to different colors. It connects easily to my iPad via Bluetooth. The battery lasts long, and easily recharged as well.Overall, my iPad now really feels like a Macbook.The only cons is how heavy it is, and wished it could be a bit lighter.

Great case and keyboard
Love this case and keyboard combo!!! I literally use it everyday. Super easy to put on and to remove. Sturdy for holding iPad up and using the keyboard. my favorite feature is that you can detach the iPad and move it around however, you want or have it placed exactly on there how it’s supposed to be and it still is covered. For the value I think this is great and wish I got one sooner.love the velvety texture and how slender it is.

I have been using the Logitech Combo case for a couple weeks now, I don’t like that you always have to prop up the screen on a surface. I was debating between this ESR Keyboard or an Apple Magic Keyboard. I couldn’t find a case that covers all four edges and is compatible with the apple Magic Keyboard, so I ordered this.I am very impressed!! I find it way more comfortable to type with this than the Logitech, maybe it is just the weight but to me this feels more durable. The Bluetooth for me connected seamlessly, the backlit keys can be changed to different colours, and it even charges your Apple Pencil through the protective case. The touchpad is smaller but works perfectly fine, I will be mostly using a mouse so the size doesn’t change anything for me. For me this Keyboard feels smoother to type than the keyboard I use for work.I did only receive today, so I will try it out to see what I think but so far this is a winner for me. I saw a review saying that the camera slot was meant for an iPad Pro so the cutout is larger, I did not find this with the keyboard I received. Fits my IPad Air 13 inch perfectly!!Few things to note, when typing on lap table or a cheap less than perfectly solid ikea coffee table I did notice that the screen wobbled a little bit at the hinge. I do not find that typing lags at all, when using the touchpad after a bit of time you almost have to wake it up to use and it takes a couple seconds to show up, then it works perfectly. Although it is heavier than the Logitech, I do not find that its is heavier than the laptop I replaced with my iPad.

La verdad la recomiendo mucho, protege super bien y el teclado y trackpad funcionan perfecto. Lo único que creo que deben de considerar es el peso, definitivamente es algo pesada, no solo por el teclado sino por la funda extra que envuelve el iPad, pero creo que vale 100% la pena.
