I know it’s long, but aren’t you here for a reason?
Improved my quality of life by like 30%. If there were more places I could review this, I would. I don’t understand why more people aren’t talking about this.I don’t want to be so detailed that the real information gets lost but I this thing has improved my quality of life immensely. Like, I’m so pleased, this is probably going to sound like I’m an affiliate or something and I promise I don’t even understand how to do that. Lol.I have always liked the little shocky game toys and the little shocks you get in dry weather. So when I found this “microcurrent” fidget palm device, I was super curious!I struggle with ruminating type issues along with having a panic disorder, ADHD, BPD, generalized anxiety, and im on the autism spectrum.Often times I struggle just staying in my body, in this experience, in the here and now. And attacks and swings are impossible to manage right now due to just getting started on any sort of meds.This device?!? Has made a quantifiable difference in almost every aspect of my life.I call it “my friend.”It has these cool touch soothing metal balls on either side that roll in place and also click click click when you press them!There is a joystick you can toggle with your thumb, though it is just for the fidget and doesn’t control or affect anything.The device has 3 different tempos and 3 different zap styles and 10 intensity levels.When I need to just cool myself and breathe, if I feel overstimulation coming and I catch it early I can turn it on the slowest and lowest setting, offering short zaps at what feels like a very slow pulse rate and it helps draw me back into my body and into now.In the mornings when I feel the dread before getting out of bed, I can start the device at the low setting and toggle it slowly up faster and it helps me transition out of bed without carrying the morning dreads with me.If I want to watch a show or movie or keep up with a conversation or story, I can use it on the second speed setting and it helps keep me engaged and able to absorb and listen.When I am having an episode or a meltdown I can put it on what I call berserker mode, where it’s the third pace and third zap style and it feels like electric confetti in my hand!!!! 🤩 which helps my body expel that ragey energy and then I can toggle it back down to the regular pulses and then I’m stable, better even!It is always with me. Which leads to a proof of concept anecdote.After the first week, I knew I would need this thing so I have started buying an extra one every couple weeks to have backups available.Well, 2 days ago, I dropped my friend™️ in an unmentionable place that required being fished back out.I immediately freaked! Started to have a mild panic reaction, grabbed my backup friend™️ and put it on berserker mode. Within 12 minutes I was stable and able to communicate. I know this because I happened to be recording something for a friend at the time so I literally have the time stamps to prove it! Which really impressed me and kinda made me proud of myself.Even better, once the poor thing got cleaned well and dried off fully, it seems to still be working fine, LOL! ******(DO NOT GET YOUR DEVICE WET!!!)*******I am being detailed because I want anyone who can benefit from this to get it. Not only does using it help me, but knowing I have it now even helps me some! Like a little back up plan I always have. Or like I have a secret cache of spoons! It feels like a personal life hack. Lol.The shock, is very very mild, similar to a carpet type shock. But like I said it has 10 intensity levels so it can get beefier. I just know the shock concept can be a bit intimidating for some; so I want to express how truly mild it is at the low settings.Honestly, for the price, try it. My mom needed some hand/finger therapy after her trigger finger release. Don’t really do the job/function that it claims. Almost too complicated for what it needs to be.

Very discrete
I bought this for my son who is on the autism spectrum. He uses fidget toys at school, but he wanted to try something more discrete. He’s 16 so the typical fidget toys made for little kids are too juvenile for him. This is the perfect solution because it’s barely noticeable. It fits in the palm of his hand and looks like a game controller or something. It gives off some gentle electrical zaps. That sounds intense, but it’s very gentle and doesn’t hurt.
