Worth buying
Purchased for my diabetic mother and she was over the moon. They fit her well and helps so much with her pain. They’re easy to put on and we’ll priced.

Love from someone previously averse to the “I” in RICE
I first learned about the RICE method years ago when I began training for a marathon. However, I’m not a fan of being cold, so I was always averse to the ice component of RICE.I’m starting to understand the value of cold therapy in treating soreness, so I decided to try these booties. I really love them because they provide rehabilitative therapy without exposing your legs or feet to extremely cold temperatures. Although I have frozen my booties, wearing them once taking them from the freezer, they have not been uncomfortably cold. I have actually slept in these booties with my feet elevated. The only thing that I don’t like is that the velcro bands provided to wear the ice packs else where, instead of feet, are not long enough. If the bands were longer that would be great.I have not attempted to heat these, and I do not plan to.

Comfort for my aching feet
Microwaved the pair for 1 minute, just about perfect. I learned they are more comfortable without socks on – hadda experiment cuz why not. I have neuropathy in both feet and aching joints because of chronic gout. My toes are almost always cold to the touch. I have to sleep with some sort of heated something on my feet. These will be much better. I am so happy with my purchase.Today I was on my feet for about 4 hours cooking. My feet felt like I had been walking on pebbles. Heated these up, put them on, elevated my feet – I feel like I’ll be able to walk a little more normal.I wear a mens 8 W or womens 9 WW. The large have extra room at toes and heels but at least they’re wide enough for me. I bought a pair of medium for a friend whose feet are smaller. She has neuropathy left over from going through chemo.

The size is way too small.
They were way too small and too hard to get into. I do not recommend.

I wish I bought these sooner!
I love these, I wish I bought them sooner! Clinically I don’t have peripheral neuropathy, but my feet do still burn often, especially after walking. I used to dunk my feet in ice cold water, which I guess worked but it was such a pain to do every single time my feet burned. So then I used a giant ice pack and wrapped it around the tops and bottoms of my feet. My feet were still hot in some sections while other sections were too cold. Now since I bought these ice pack socks, my feet cool of SO quickly. I think it’s because the coldness is contained in the sock so I basically get 360° coldness around my feet. I’m wearing them as I’m writing this and just five minutes or less ago my foot was burning and now it feels a lot better. They can definitely make your feet too cold and numb if you keep them on too long, so I wouldn’t sleep with them on unless you’ve tried wearing them for a long time and are fine. The ice packs are thin so they re-freeze pretty quickly, too. I definitely recommend these to anyone with burning feet. My best purchase in a while!
