Everyone needs this – seriously
Raemnaky Safety Shower Grab BarWe got this grab bar for several reasons:1. Both of our moms are in their 80’s, and even though we only have one step going in the front door it can be tricky for folks with poor balance. This bar gives them something to steady themselves with.2. When I broke my foot and had to use a knee scooter, this grab bar would have been so helpful for me getting in and out of the house. The door frame was difficult to grab onto while maneuvering the scooter.3. It’s not too big around. Some grab bars are so big around but this one is more comfortable for petite hands as well as larger hands4. It’s black. I think it blends well with the front of the house unlike a stainless steel silver colored bar that looks so hospital-y.The title specifically says “shower grab bar” but we chose to use it on the exterior of our home. It is placed under a covered porch where sun won’t make it too hot to grab. I think it will withstand the elements, it’s probably not much different than being in a shower that’s used regularly (heat, water, steam).I’m giving this a solid 5 stars!Last but not least; FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! You must anchor it into a stud. Be aware that just screwing it into a wall will not support the weight of a human, at least not for very long.

Great quality, very sturdy and easy to install
I’m in the middle of renovating my mother’s bathroom and this grab bar is an essential installation piece, especially to add a safety feature for her to grip if needed. It is easy to install with all necessary hardware for my tile guy to use and I love that the matte black finish is rust-proof and matches the other matte black hardware we’re installing. It’s very sturdy and gives added peace of mind as we continue to make small changes around the house to build in subtle safety features that accommodate the changes in her life while still being aesthetically pleasing. It’s a good size from gripping and the length of the bar will also allow for ease of use as it can be positioned however you need to during installation (vertical, horizontal or on a slant). It’s at a great price point compared to similar bars and I love that it can withstand up to 500lbs. She’s not a very big person, but it’s good to know that if someone who is larger stayed at the house and needed to use the shower, they could confidently access everything without fear of it not being strong enough. Also, I love that the company offers 3 different sizes as we will be needing to order more for installations as the renovations continue.

Modest price for stainless steel, hidden anchor, dark finish safety bar
The time has come to setup the guest space for “accessibility” for the parents’ visits. One obvious need is having support bars for the stool and shower but we didn’t want to spend the excessive amounts so common at the big box or bath stores. The specs on this bar matched our needs… dark finish (bath if venetian bronze but this is close)… stainless steel… no exposed anchors. Stainless steel screws and plastic anchors included but we chose to upgrade the anchoring for our application.

Matt Black finish. Matches my other fixtures. I did not want a grab bar that was going to look like a grab bar as I just upgraded my restroom. However, using this one, I am able to use it as a grab bar, but also a towel bar. I like the versatility that the matte black finish offers. Very sleek very modern. The bar itself is not too heavy. Definitely recommend being intentional with the installation and location so that if it is used as a grab bar that it is anchored securely improperly to withstand weight and continue to use. All in all great purchase great price would recommend.

Decent quality and look / finish isn’t perfect
This shower grab bar is beefy enough for the intended purpose, and it looks nice. The finish is good, but not perfect. It suits my needs, but some folks may take issue. There is a blemish in the coating on mine that you can see in the attached pictures. I would recommend this product, but I also suggest giving it a thorough inspection once you receive it. Also, I may have just gotten the one product in a thousand with such a blemish.

Solid construction, clean look, comfortable to grip, easy to install!
I purchased this specifically because my mom was visiting. She needs a grab bar for getting in and out of the shower, as well as one while showering/rinsing her hair. I mounted this to serve both purposes. She said it worked great, as it was solid and comfortable to hold onto in the shower, and assisted stepping in and out of the shower. It was easy to mount with multiple holes, to ensure I could mount into a stud. This bar is solid! I like the clean look, as the screws are covered with the metal cap on both ends. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Very happy with this!
We got this for my mom’s bathroom. We just put in a new bathroom and her tub is very deep. So while she’s not at the point where she needs assistance getting in or out, this can help her when she needs to find some steadiness (and will only be more beneficial with age).It’s a beautiful smooth black that goes great with our decor. We’re very happy with it!

Absolutely perfect for my needs. I am a fall risk. These are very well-made.
I’ll order the 18 inch which is absolutely perfect for how I get out of the shower. It’s got its own wall. I have it so it’s high enough for me to hang onto stepping out of the shower and getting my balance as well as I have it almost low enough for me to be able to reach if I did file to pull myself back up. It’s a beautiful matte finish. I’m using a clear spray sealant over the top of it because I don’t want anything to have any kind of rest on in my bathroom these would be pretty beside a bed. They would be perfect inside your home in front of your counter counters, where you can bend down and get back up without the trouble of not having anything there
