Good for me, but every foot experience is different.
Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles.I am 5’9″, 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I’m able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says “you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they’re the best!” that doesn’t apply when you have feet like mine.Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they’ll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don’t roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don’t feel like I’m standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of “high arch” and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters.I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary.

The best insole
absolutely love my VALSOLE Heavy Duty insoles! They give incredible support and cushioning,. I used to have foot and lower back pain after walking or standing for long periods, but since I started using these, the difference is amazing. They’re comfortable, durable, and fit nicely in my shoes. I can finally stay on my feet without discomfort — worth every penny!

Best insoles !!
My husband absolutely love these insoles.Due to overpronation and flat feet he was really struggling to work all day with all the pain in his back and in his feet and these helped so much with the pain really in his back and feet he has no complaints at all since using them. The cushion is absolutely amazing and it supports his arches, distributes his weight and provides comfort for all day wear.

So I got the VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Pain Relief Orthotics hoping for a miracle cure for my rebellious feet. They’re “heavy duty,” which sounds like they could survive a small earthquake or at least a 5K jog. Shoes fit better, Feet Feel Great.
When I opened them, I thought they were flimsy but when I put them in my shoes and put my shoes on, they felt great. I have to have my shoes wide and 1/2 size larger due to the width of my foot near hear the ball but this made the heel end loser. I needed something that would reduce that and these work great. I especially like the heel cup – makes feet feel more stable. So far, I love these.

I recently bought a pair of Columbia winter hiking boots, lured by the attractive clearance price. But without a Vibram sole, I soon learned why they were so cheap. The hard, uneven, icy trails (and strap-on ice cleats) left my feet sore and fatigued. I bought these insoles in the hopes that they would compensate for the lack of a vibram sole. And they did precisely that. The whole of the heel and Arch are reinforced with hard plastic, but it’s very comfortable while supportive. It has more than enough flexibility where its needed. The ball of the foot isn’t plastic reinforced with a separate plate, but there is enough cushioning that it absorbs pressure from cleats and hard, uneven ice surfaces. High quality, good materials. Perfect fit (sized… So much better than the store bought “trim to fit” varieties) Highly recommended.
