Amazing.
I have suffered for years with knee pain. After 3 surgeries in my right knee I still have pain and stiffness especially after a long day at work or working around the house. This ice pack/brace is perfect to relieve pain. I’ve packs freeze quickly and are easy to place in the brace. It is quite stiff for the first 10 minutes so I use that time to rest and elevate my leg. After 10 minutes the ice packs begin to soften and you can easily walk around and bend. I also use without ice packs when walking the dog or mowing grass for some stabilization of the knee. As a nurse I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering knee pain.

Superior performance
Just received product yesterday. Froze gel packs overnight. I also ordered the extra gel 3-pack: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LDLCN31/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Began use today. The wrap holds 2 gel packs at a time, but it arrives with 3 gel packs. The extra gel packs of the 3-pack are the same size and fit the wrap exactly. So the extra 3-pack gave me 6 total gel packs to keep backups ready. The velcro on the wrap is very tacky, so it adheres well when putting on the wrap. And the knee wrap stretches like a support wrap, so it is snug to the knee. The gel packs have solid heavy outside plastic and seem durable. The gel packs get very cold. A bit rigid. I had other gel packs supplied by PT’s, not nearly as cold. Must be careful not to get freeze burn with these NEENCA ice packs. Probably should remove after 10-15 minutes, they are so cold. This seems like a well-designed product and every aspect performs well. I have not needed to test heating them. But the written instructions in English for cold or hot are right on each gel pack.

The comments about the ice packs are true. You cannot leave them in overnight because they are then too hard and you cannot shape them into the pockets. They should be gel instead. But, I have some reusable gel ones from CVS and use those. The position of the pockets around the knee are great! My knee feels better afterwards.

Feels like it’s a prescription brace from the doctor
This is great quality. The bags gel heavy duty. Each one slides into a small pocket at different areas of the brace. I’ve got wrestlers legs (even though I’ve never wrestled) so I buy large to XL. It fits great. Being velcro in lots of area it can be tightened too. Ice packs stay cold a decent amount of time while wearing. A good 30 minutes I would say. I would definitely buy another.

great ice pack system but hooks need to be replaced (easy) after several months of usage
I had a Total Knee Replacement in Nov ‘23 & bought this system. It is great but after several months, using it 3x/day, I had to cut the plastic hooks off, which got less effective over time, and replace them with normal 1.5 inch cloth hooks. Works great!

Great brace, but can’t get replacement gel packs.
The brace is beautiful. Very well made, and is a good support brace on its own. Very adjustable…But…The gel packs are smaller than usual. Do not buy the recommended packs. They’re too big. They will go in with a bit of elbow grease, and work fine once you stuff them in, but the fabric is near to tearing to get them in and the added strain on the pocket is for sure going to cause premature failure.The company doesn’t even offer the correct size replacement gel packs, and it’s not Soo cheap to just keep buying them.I’ll use it till it gives out then just use it as a regular brace and look for another one that uses the standard 9×4 size inserts.

Great ice wrap
Works very well for ice to front, sides and back of knee. Ice packs are a bit stiff when initially taken out of freezer but soften up and stay cold for quite a while. I also have used this wrap on an injured foot/ankle and it also worked well!Definitely an improvement to my earlier rectangular ice pack with a dish towel tied around it…

As someone with a long term knee problem but has to work standing and on the go all the time, I find this knee brace really good. The heat and cold packs are great and work well and the brace is a good fit.

I’d been avoiding icing me knee following an injury as it was just awkward and pinning me to the the spot. This brace is brilliant, keeps everything in place and you can get up and nip to the loo etc. The pocket round the back of the knee is a real boost for me that has made so much difference for me, also the fact the front two are vertical is a stroke of genius. Can’t really gush enough it’s such a well though out product, build quality is great too. Also when used correctly the ice packs are completely enclosed, the back of the knee one can be a little bit awkward.

I love this knee brace. I believe I have a very painful Bakers cyst. It gives great stability as my knee also acts like it could give out on me. I will see a dr. shortly to have a proper diagnosis. However, the booklet I received is for a different type of support. I could not figure out how to use this support, so I went to You tube and found a video. It explained how to properly fit it. Just type in name of brace and it will pop up.

I have just had knee surgery and this makes icing my knee so much easier. I can fully cover the knee and I don’t have to hold the ice packs down. Simple and easy to use.

I so wish I had this 2 weeks ago when I fell and slammed my knee into cement and cut it open, still have sprain and prepatellar bursitis. Love how it comes with 3 ice packs for front and side knee and even the back, which I am very sore back there. Highly recommend, I also use it without ice packs and sleeve.
