Great choice of B complex
I like that this Vitamin B-Complex is Plant-Based with the Full Spectrum of B Vitamins. I have been taking these for months and have seen an improvement in energy and just overall feeling better. They gelcaps are easy to swallow and they have a rich minty smell.

Great for athletes or vitamin deficient
I think this is a great product for anyone needing to supplement their B-vitamins. I advise caution, and to be wary of taking a full dose (2 pills) alongside a multivitamin. I did so without thinking, but when I looked I was taking way too many b-vitamins to an almost dangerous amount. Do your own analysis and make sure you aren’t wasting your money on expensive pee.What this ended up being perfect for is during the summer I work outside. A half dosage in the early afternoon kept me going and feeling sustained. The pills themselves have a pleasant peppermint smell, they’re relatively small and cheap.

Definitely quality product
My blood work just came back showing way TOO much B12, as a result of eating lots of beef while also taking these. It’s not the company’s fault I was stupid. I won’t be buying these any more, but it’s clear that this company is selling an effective product.

Good vitamins. They usually come with this mint flavored freshness packet so they smell minty vs earthy. However, this shipment was missing it so I just put the one in from my previous order in.

Most B complex mixes have vastly excessive amounts of one or more B vitamins. Unless you have a specific diagnosed condition that requires a huge dose, there’s no need for so much; and I and my oncologist agree that more isn’t necessarily better, even of water-soluble vitamins. This B complex has a balanced, 5X RDA of everything. Not too much, just enough to make up for possible marginal deficiencies.Well, I must have been short of one of the B vitamins because I did notice improved energy and motivation with this complex.
