Hole pattern did not line up with the ProBasic brand wheelchair but I kinda of knew it wouldn’t by measuring our hole pattern and comparing to the replacement diagram pictured on the Amazon picture, also i thought the screws were missing but after reading some reviews buyers stated that screws were wedged in the box, all in all I had to drill 4 holes and tapped the holes, used the metal plate that came with the seat as a template

There is nothing universal about this wheelchair seat replacement, DO NOT PURCHASE!
The ad says universal wheelchair seat replacement for an 18-in wheelchair. This is CHEAP CHINESE TRASH. There is nothing universal about it, holes do not line up in the wheelchair for the seat, machine screws that should be used are replaced with cheap wood screws. A rip off from start to finish. Avoid the seller!

Starting to tear in the front corner, showing the metal insert reinforcement bar. No Sure if it the quality or other but the original lasted for years and only replaced it because it was dirty looking.
