It vibrates if your oxygen gets below 90%
I love this OxyRing. I have to watch my oxygen percentage because it can get too low at times (lung issues). If it goes below 90%, it vibrates on my thump/finger and I know I need to take some deep breaths. You download it to your iPhone and the reports it gives are wonderful. My pulmonologist was even impressed. He said he had seen the OxyRing on peoples thumbs/fingers but didn’t know what it was. Now he knows and maybe he will even suggest it. No, insurance does not cover it!!

Small device that seems accurate compared to my other finger units
This device is small and comfortable enough to wear to sleep. It will track your O2 levels throughout the night. The battery last plenty long enough for this purpose. The readings are on par with the other 2 finger units I have. The app isn’t the greatest, but not the worst I have used for this type of device. It seems to function as it should. If you need a device like this, this one is a solid choice.

Works and numbers are good.

Needs improvement
Worked well until the band broke. It’s very thin and ultimately broke. Would not buy again.

Perfect function
Love it. I was surprised that it never gets in the way when I wear it on my thumb. Perfect function for pulse and PO2 with alarms for each, plus touch it again and see the time and battery strength. Easily lasts 16 hours on a charge. Great quality, sturdy device.

Good design but quality lacks
Inaccurate results. I’ve tried recalibrating multiple times, but it still showed significantly different readings compared to my Apple Watch and my old pulse oximeter.

Easy to Use
Seems to work fine. Can’t validate accuracy but readings are repeatable. No problems with overnight battery life.

Seems accurate and battery life is pretty good depending on how you are using it.
Got this for an elderly relative.Their blood oxygen level is checked by a nurse daily, but we didn’t have a way to check it ourselves. We got this so we would have the ability to check it ourselves when the nurse isn’t there. Now it says it is not for medical use, but it gives you some idea. They can also wear it, but it is pretty bulky, so I don’t think wearing it during the day is really what is intended. Would be good for wearing at night to track your oxygen levels while you are sleeping. Was surprised it has a micro usb charger. I can’t remember the last thing I bought that had micro usb. Makes me wonder if this is an older device or something.Charging is an issue for the person we bought it for, but as we are using it only for spot checks, not to wear overnight, it doesn’t need to be charged that often. It works for our needs
