Great for Keeping My Tween on Task, but a Little Touchy
This little timer has been a huge help for my tween with ADHD. The visual countdown keeps her focused and on schedule for homework, chores, and getting ready in the mornings. It’s easy to read, simple to use, and works exactly as described. The only issue is that it sometimes resets if we move it while it’s running, which can be frustrating mid-task. It always resets fine, but having to start over a couple of times a week is a bit of a hassle. We’ve learned to just leave it alone once it’s going. Still, it’s a great tool that’s made a real difference in keeping her on track.Item Reviewed: Visual Timer for Kids and Adults with Alarm Clock, LCD Digital 60-Minute Countdown Timer Time Management Tool for Home, School, or WorkStar Rating Guide:⭐️ 1 star – Nope. This is the kind of product that makes you question your life choices for any combination of reasons: looks or feels cheap, does not work, major flaws, or the listing lies like a dating app profile.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars – Not great. It sort of does the thing but with a lot of drama. You could do better digging through a clearance bin blindfolded.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars – Meh. It works… technically. Think gas station coffee: not ideal, but it will get you through.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars – Solid. It does what it says it will, nothing fancy, but no major complaints. Basically the Toyota Corolla of products.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars – Love it. Would buy again, recommend to a friend, and possibly name my next pet after it.

Good idea , but needs some physical refinement.
There are a lot of kids on the spectrum and those who have ADHD who have issues with keeping track of time, especially when dealing with timed tests. Some research suggests that having a visual indicator may help those individuals cope with that difficulty. That is what is suggested by the advertisement. I wanted to check this feature out and selected this product. This product is the model that requires 2 AA batteries, which are not included. The unit arrived DOA, so I tried to analyze the issue and was able to determine the cause. The case is a thin plastic which can warp, so concentrating on the battery compartment, it seemed like the contact point for the positive side of the battery was too far away, and looking at it, there was no spring behind it to push it forward. (Some devices have this in conjunction with the negative spring.) So I slipped a small flat-head screwdriver behind it and bent it slightly toward the battery, and the device came to life. This is shown in the video and stills. I was intrigued by the red display of the LCD, but I am not sure how that is created. The clock has 12/24 hour time settings and can count up and down to 60 minutes. There are no abbreviated day names, but instead is the number of the day of the week after the word week (Sunday being 7). The instructions are weak in detail, so you will have to fiddle with it to figure it out, especially the dual pressing of the top button and the back button. The visible part of the LCD screen is 2X4 inches, to give you an idea, so it would not be effective in a larger classroom, but fine for two or three individuals close up. The “red petals” of the visual display coincide with 2-minute increments. There are multiple alarm triggers besides the countdown timer, but I have not explored or need them.Opinion: The device needs to have the battery compartment adjusted. The instructions need to be improved. For a larger classroom, a bigger LCD would make this more useful. Building devices like this is important to all of us, so I will be looking for this company’s next iteration.

    Super handy and practical
The design is a bit retro and i like that. I got the white one and so far its functionality has been a great help to me. It can be adjustable in terms of brightness, sound, and alarm time preference. Its easy to read the display even without my glasses, and provides the perfect amount of light to navigate an otherwise pitch dark room. Definitely something I would easily recommend. Perfect for students.

Simple and convenient wireless alarm clock!
I really like this little alarm clock — it’s completely wireless and only takes batteries, which makes it super convenient to place anywhere without worrying about cords. I haven’t quite figured out how to set the alarms yet, but I love the quick timer options for 30 seconds or a minute — they’re perfect for timing things while cooking or doing quick tasks. It’s compact, easy to use for basic functions, and great for everyday use. Once I get the hang of the alarm settings, it’ll be a solid 5/5!

Easy to use, great for class work
Really the timer feature is the main reason to get this clock. I got it for my classroom so the students can see how much time is left for class work. The clock is small but the display is big enough to be seen easily. There’s like 2 buttons on this thing but it’s easy to set and use. The only problem I’ve had with it is that twice when I picked it up, the clock shutoff and reset. I don’t know if the batteries are loose or what but it was annoying to have to set everything again. It has keyholes on the back so I’ll consider wall mounting it to limit handling of it.
