Great for icing carpal tunnel problems
Worked for my carpal tunnel before surgery. I like that it is adjustable in many ways to the size of your wrist and shape of your hands. Velcro worked well and very comfortable.

Might be a little small for extra large hands
This works great for me because, I can move around. I’m not be stuck sitting with an ice pack. It is a bit intense on being cold but, you can loosen it up a little and that helps. It lasts about 15-20 minutes, then you need to freeze it again. It might be a little small for large hands. My hands are about 4″ across the widest part and it fits well.

Great after surgery
Wrist surgery, bone removal and carpel release. Being it wraps around your wrist and holds the ice pack in place you can still be mobile to do things.Had to replace the ice pack it came with for smaller packs to ice only the area needed. The larger pack wrapped around to the top of the hand, made it hard to bear wearing due to over icing.

Great for my tendonitis. This baby gets very cold even in sleeve. You may want to put a light wash cloth over your area before applying.

I’ve used as a cold pack for my wrist arthritis – 12 hours in the chest freezer will give me 10 minutes of cold therapy. It fits fine and stays in place, but it just doesn’t stay cold long enough.
