A tiny powerhouse on your finger!
This SM Sevenmore Health Smart Ring genuinely impressed me with how much tech it packs into such a sleek, silver design. It looks like a stylish band but doubles as a mini health lab.Setup was a breeze—paired instantly with my I-phone, and no subscription fees (hallelujah!). It tracks steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and even sleep quality with surprising accuracy for something that weighs almost nothing. The GPS route tracking is a nice touch for jogs and hikes, and the data syncs smoothly to the companion app for easy viewing.Battery life has been excellent—about 5–6 days per charge, and it recharges quickly. Comfort-wise, it’s light enough to wear 24/7, even while sleeping. The only small downside: readings can be slightly off if the ring isn’t snug or if your hands get sweaty during workouts.Overall, it’s like having a smartwatch in ring form—compact, stylish, and practical. Great for anyone who wants health tracking without the bulk of a wristband.

Very basic, accurate info – happy so far
This is a nice intro to health rings if you’ve never used one before. I’m wearing it on my ring finger and it’s fairly accurate (compared to my Garmin watch). It did take the BP several attempts to take a more accurate reading. The first few readings were way too low. The reason I wanted to try this is because wearing my Garmin watch sometimes bothers me due to wrist sensitivity, and a ring is less obtrusive to me. I’ll continue to wear both for a few more days to compare results, but so far everything has been fairly accurate compared to my Fenix 6 watch. The Fenix watch does not do BP without an external device, so this ring is unique in that regard. You can use this ring without creating an account (as a “guest”) and without connecting it to other apps on your phone (you do need Bluetooth, obviously) if you’re concerned about security. I’ll not likely use it as an activity tracker (I use other apps for this), but it’s nice to have the overall steps counter. Sleep tracker seems fairly accurate based on my Garmin as well. You do need to open the app to obtain readings, and it’s a very basic app. The Garmin is more detailed as far as keeping long-term records, but if you’re just looking for readings when you need them, this ring and accompanying app are fine.Charging case that looks like an actual ring box (except clear plastic) is a nice addition. Comes with two cables–one for the ring directly and one for the charging case. Mine came about 75% charged.

    Get Healthy
This fitness tracker is so convenient to track not only your heart rate but your blood pressure as well. I hate wearing the blood pressure cuff and this tracker isn’t big and bulky nor does it get in the way. I ordered a size 8 but should have gotten a nine because it does fit a bit snug on every finger. The tracker is on the inside, but it does not irritate my finger, and you don’t know it’s there. Once you download the app you can access all readings. This health tracker is definitely worth the money, although it is a plin band it is smooth throughout the inside and outside while still monitoring all aspects of health.

    Affordable Smart Ring for Beginners
As a first-time smart ring user, I wasn’t completely sure what to expect and I am thoroughly impressed with the SM SEVENMORE Health Smart Ring. It has a combination of convenience and functionality at a very affordable price point. The setup process was seamless. After charging the ring on its magnetic stand, it automatically appeared on my phone’s Bluetooth menu, allowing me to connect instantly after downloading the app. The ring itself feels well-made- the band is comfortable, sophisticated, gold-toned that looks sleek enough for any occasion and any outfit. The health tracking app is user-friendly, providing easy access to a variety of health and fitness metrics, including step count, heart rate, sleep patterns, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels. I appreciate the ability to personalize tracking features with different sport modes. The ring also fits true to size; I ordered a size 7 and the fit was perfect. The only minor drawback is the frequency of synchronization required to view updated data. While not a dealbreaker, it is noticeable and the reason for a deduction of one star. Despite this, the ring is an excellent entry-level smart ring that delivers exceptional value.

App is way too invasive – I have security concerns
I got this for my husband, and the ring itself fits fine and looks great. The problem isn’t the hardware — it’s the app. To even use the ring, the app requires full permission to your phone, including access to all photos and files. Restricting those permissions made the app completely unusable. That level of access is unnecessary and instantly gave my husband the security-concern heebie-jeebies. Why on earth does a fitness ring need photo access, anyway? It’s disappointing, because if the app had reasonable permissions, this could’ve been an incredible budget-friendly alternative to the big-name smart rings. Unfortunately, until the developers scale back the privacy intrusion, I can’t recommend it.

    Nope!
I don’t know what is with these products not being able to correctly track your steps, but this one was not able to do so either. I ordered the correct size that I am but nothing ever told me to size up so honestly with all the technology inside of the ring, it made the ring a smaller size and so I had to wear this on a finger I normally wouldn’t wear it on Because of the size difference. I really wanted this to work out because I like the idea of not having to wear a watch, but it gave me the same kind of readings and miscalculations that the watch version of this ring did. So I was disappointed as well. The app is very easy to use very easy to set up. It just needs to be better at actually reading what you’re doing and getting the correct input!
