Best ingredients I found so far…
Best ingredients (quality) that I have found in any multivitamin so far. More expensive, but better than using non-effective vitamins that sell for half the price. Taste is neutral, and pill size is fairly easy to swallow. So far I am tolerating it well. I take with food that contains fat, to help absorb the fat soluble vitamins in the pill. I plan on buying again, and again.

Go-to Multivitamin
Always order this multivitamin as it’s a good alternative to Thorne’s Multivitamin. It has reasonably dosed ingredients for the cost and doesn’t contain unnecessary fillers like other brands. The taste is almost non-existent and I feel it helps me remain at my energy and nutrition levels that I’d like to have for longevity and health. Do recommend for conscious consumers looking for a good multivitamin.

The brand alone says it all, a great recommendation from our herbalist. Everything Nordic Naturals is amazing, it’s a brand you can trust. Hubby said he needed vitamins, so where do I look? Amazon of course and reliable Nordic Naturals brand.
