Three invaluable tools in one!
This task tool from Nixroork is a functional and intuitive tool that allows you to visually see, organize, and track daily tasks. I found it suitable for anyone, of any age, who might need help with managing their time… And let’s face it, that would be most of us. It certainly includes me.The unit is well-built with sturdy plastic parts and feels quite durable. All moving parts work well, and everything is highly visible.I found all three components of this tool to be easy to use and helpful. I love the task cards with the built-in toggle switch checklist. A simple age-old process of a to-do list… but a real difference maker when you can see your progress at a glance…Sliding the toggle over to the “I did it” side can be a reward in itself and inspire one to continue one task at a time. They must have been thinking of me when they added the visual timer… No more spending too much time on those things I like to do, and then not having enough time for those tasks I need to do. Again, seeing the allotted time disappear on the dial has improved my discipline and awareness of my time-wasting practices. The digital clock is the only technology here that might require some assistance for younger users. It has many easy-to-use alarm functions and options and also supports the Pomodoro technique of time management… A method used to enhance focus and productivity. All good stuff for me, and I’m sure for many others… And not only for those who battle with ADHD.

Game changer for morning routine
Not sure if anyone else has this problem (lol), but we have three little kids and the mornings can be tough getting everyone ready on time. We gave this to our oldest (9) to use to keep himself on task. It’s been 2 months now of him using it every weekday morning, so here’s the review! If he remembers to grab it in the morning, he does very well knocking out all the tasks on time, making it so that we only have to worry about the younger two. It is easy to use for him, the task breakdown with checklist manipulatives function so well to compensate for his lack of organization skills it’s as if a genius designed this, and it must be well-made because he somehow hasn’t broken it yet. Very happy with this product’s help in our mornings!

Good and Simple Tool that Helps with Time Management and to Organize Tasks!
Pros: The alarms help remind me when I have specific tasks to perform at a specific time (medication, feed the cats, etc). The timer is great if you want to do things for a specific amount of time (meditation, lunch break, cleaning-allot small intervals to clean or organize so it’s less overwhelming). It is easy to use and the features are intuitive. I didn’t need to read the directions.Cons: My daily tasks change too much and I have a lot of little tasks so I really need a list each day. I feel like I’m constantly updating it and then I have too many things to track (I probably need 20 task lines for the checklist LOL). It’s better for me to use a notebook, especially because I add notes because I won’t remember.Takeaways: For me personally, it’s not the best way to track tasks but I can see that it will definitely help others. For those that have regularlly occurring tasks, scheduled tasks, or timed tasks, it definitely helps you manage your time more effectively and you are less likely to “forget”. It keeps you accountable! I think it would be particularly helpful for kids and seniors to remind them to take their medication and do the little things that they might forget.

Handy portable timer with multiple uses
This is an excellent organizational and motivational device for regular routines. My children like checking off their AM and PM tasks. The visual timer is particularly helpful in setting a time limit for finishing up a task or getting out the door. At the end of the countdown, the alarm beeps a few times before turning off.The clock lasts a long time on a single charge, which is on a standard USB-C charger. I like how it’s cordless once charged so I can bring it to whatever area of the house the task is being completed in.There’s a slot on the back to store the pen and extra papers. Most of the papers are not dry erase, but that’s fine. For our first few weeks of usage, I’ve set up our lists so that we have one list for AM and one list for PM, each covering both children and the same set of tasks. There are so many ways this could be set up. The checkmark sliders are satisfying to slide and secure once in place.I’m sure I’ll continue to find uses for the various alarm features.

Great quality and functionality!!
The extra cards on this are great! You can setup different schedules for different times of the day or for different kids with them. The screen also has a light on it which is such a nice feature. It is also very durable which is a win with toddlers around. Overall I’d say this is one of the better visual timers we have come across!

Great time management tool for kids or adults (ADHD or not)
If you feel overwhelmed by work, tasks, chores, or homework, this can help immensely. There are several reusable dry erase cards, so each family member can have a card, or one person can have multiple cards. Each card is also double-sided.I really like the twist knob to set a countdown timer for up to 60 minutes. So, I might set it to 15 minutes to work intensely or get chores done, then allow myself five minutes’ break before the next work cycle. That works great for homework as well. The digital clock is obviously great at a glance as well, since it’s easy to lose track of time.Size-wise, the clock is easily handled one-handed. The material seems decently durable, and the pocket in the back helps with organizing not only cards, but the charging cord as well.I suspect I’ll get another one of these for myself soon, so I don’t have to share any more. lolHighly recommended.
