Fantastic downsize from med bottles. Solid life changer.
I Wish that it came with ten pouches instead of only seven. I use it not to separate meds by day but to carry and separate multiple types of meds. It comes with seven zipper pouches. One for each day of the week, unless you are from another planet.I find this is not enough pouches to hold all the meds for my multiple chronic illness needs. Still it is a great downsizing from a gallon sized ziplock i was carrying full of pharmacy bottles which were taking up a lot of space in my medical bag and filled halfway with just air! The small binder does not have a slip slot pocket for a medical id built in and that would have been nice to see added in there like they did do for the larger binder.I would like to see the option of having a split pouches with two zippers each for Am/PM for seven days, and or also having extra pill pouches packs of seven, sold on the side but because the mini binder is filled tightly to the brims , I still have two more meds that can’t be included in this pill purse due to the case being only able to accommodate seven filled pouches exactly with no spare space to add another pouch and therefore extra pouches not being included. So far it has been a difficult search on amazon with nothing turning up that is capable of receiving hole punches at the bottom without leaving holes for meds to fall thru. The large sized pill case binder has a different width between the hole punches than those of the small pill case so unless you go and add your own hole punches, the zipper pouches are not going to be interchangeable. Also even if you were to try adding your own hole punches, the pouches from the larger pill case are longer than the ones from the small pill case and would make it difficult for the magnetic button to close.I could see this pouch also be used for some craft supplies, people who need travel storage for jewelry or beads or embroidery threads and needles, spare buttons?, etc. A business card will not fit inside the pouch. I’ve had no issues with the zippers so far as long as I’m handling them gently. For reference,I also have the larger size one that arrived with the magnetic clasp broken and had to use some ktTape mcguyvering to get the closure working. I use that one as a backup med storage binder and have peeled the labels off the med bottles and added them to sheets of paper in the back of that binder as well as inserted little cut out tags I made, with names of contents inside each pouch.I like that the pouches are transparent to allow for viewing contents remaining and quick identification of pills. I clipped on the pill binder to a keyring and onto a carabiner and onto a cellphone wristlet for portability throughout the home and to ensure they are always at my side. Now that meds are attached to phone with alarms, and phone is commonly at my side; pills shall be taken more regularly on time. Yay.I love the color of this case. The material is soft pliable faux leatherish. If you have chunky fingers it may be harder to get a pill out of the zipper pouch if you are trying to dig a finger into the case to fish out a pill. Make sure all your other zippers are firstly shut and shut firmly before attempting to tip out a pill. Once the pill zipper pouches are full, it becomes cumbersome to try to open and shut the binder to get a pouch out and then put it back in so I avoid doing it that way. But if you are not filling them the way I am with a whole dispensary and actually just using it for a couple of daily meds 7day/week then it should be easier to function that for you. Solid buy. Life changer. Clean out that nightstand & countertop! Make the switch! The larger size is a good option if you want to be able to stand it up on a bookshelf next to your smaller daily journal or dayplanner notebook and want to store about a 30day supply. Larger size Will not work for 90day of medium to large sized pills in a single zipper pouch.. Unless you buy some other separate zipper pouches that are bigger to fit in there and diy the hole punches. It might be worth doing.Tip to diy this: You could also recycle an old dayplanner/three ring binder for that medication storage purpose and diy some ziplock baggies with duct tape edge on the inside edge and double up over each hole punch area and hole punch through that edge to hang the ziplocks in there.

Love it
I absolutely love the feel and look of this. I thought the small one was cute but I needed it for am and pm pills. It was my fault I assumed the bigger one that holds 2 in the length would cone with double the pouches that the small one would come with. So a week’s worth single dose vs a weeks worth am and pm. So the bigger one does not come with a week 2 dose amount of pouches. It came with 8. I assumed because it was bigger and marketed for pills it would naturally have more then the smaller one. Guess it makes sense why from reviews the smaller one looks packed vs the bigger one when full. They come with the same amount of zip pouches. I decided just to buy another big one just in case this one wears out. Because I love it. I actually got the smaller one just for emergency allergy or pain pills for my purse. So now I’ve ordered 3. 2 more after the first one came in and I seen they were almost sold out and seeing it in person. I want to mention the button closure is magnetic. I almost didn’t get because I thought it was a button and a pain to close. Because one of the reviews button part looks beat up. Either they have had it for awhile and used it alot or you have to struggle with it. But mine snaos closed very easily. I dont know how theirs looks so beat up. but I loved the design. The western one. Havent seen another one like it. I love this thing just wish the bigger one came with double the pouches like you would assume it would. Anyways definitely recommend. Going to use the second one I got for the pouches but buying loose paper to put in the extra one because it is that cute. Feels nice in the hand. So cute I ended up spending 40 bucks vs 14 I intended because I loved it so much. Feel like price could be a tint bit better. Especially since the large doesn’t have am and pm pouches for a week. And the small one seems kinda pricy. But they got me because of the design I had to get it because I haven’t seen them anywhere else with the western tooled leather look. Easy to use and organize. Perfect for on the go grab your days pills. And you can log your info about pills you take by included note card. I think I’ll print my own card tho.Update I got the smaller one too

Cute and convenient!!!
Love this little thing so much! I needed it because my bottles were just taking up way too much room. I use this several times a day, everyday. I recommend it for convenience, space, price and for how cute it is! I will purchase again when I need to and might get them as gifts at some point! And they can be used for other stuff rather than just pills. This little thing is truly great 🙂 😉

Handy for travel, useful mainly for smaller pill sizes
I love this little thing for carrying multiple different types of pills while traveling. Quickly found out that it’s really too small for more than one, maybe two, sleeves of larger pills such as vitamins or supplements, so I went back to carrying those in baggies in a zippered cloth pouch, but it works great for my two to three-week stashes of aspirin, anti-inflammatories, migraine meds, and other smaller pills. Compact and visible in luggage, and they’re all together. Very handy. After multiple multi-week international trips, with daily use, the cover seems to be slightly delaminating, but so far it’s no big deal and I won’t consider this an unreasonable expense to replace when/if necessary. I have noticed that my orange-colored ibuprofen has stained the pouches a bit – no other color seems to be doing that, but no big deal.

Small but cute
Not suited for people who take lots of vitamins. Cute but made for only a few pills. All 10 of my vitamins fit including my fish oils but it’s snug and looks like it’s hanging on for dear life.

Nice but need refills
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this but refill med pockets were not offered. I need more

I am an on-the-go, working photographer who likes to carry stuff with me that I ‘might need’ during a full day out of the house and this is why I picked this item out to try.I’ve found it to be quite the little thing. I can fit all types of medication and pills that might be of use during a day away (or even a longer weekend) without having to take with me the full box that the pills come in but still keep them separate from each other. Each pouch closes so there’s no ‘fallout’ and the actual wallet is small and flat so it doesn’t take up any space at all.So, for all of these reasons, I’m giving it a five star rating.

It can store a great amount of medication and without making any noise.

I take a lot of tablets daily and need to carry them around all the time. These are so good for this as they keep them separated and dry and clean plus nobody knows what it is if you remove it from your bag. Love it.

I like these and with two you can take some pockets from one and add to the other as spacious enough. Designed very nicely with enough space inside the pouch to move the pockets to and fro. Good for the handbag as saves space especially when you have to carry your meds around at all times. Could be used for carrying jewelry, pins, hair braids, mobile phone pin and cards etc. and the like. Very useful!
