Post-Surgery Must-Have!
My husband has been dealing with terrible swelling since his knee surgery. Doc drained the area around the knee, but nothing seemed to help for the swelling from his ankles to his toes. This item has been an absolute miracle worker! The ice pack wrap alone is worth the cost: it was nearly impossible to wrap his ankle and foot with cold before this. We use the compression feature separately; after three uses yesterday, the bottom of his foot is finally flat again! We cannot recommend this enough, and have already shared the purchase link with others.

MUST HAVE
I am constantly tripping and twisting my ankle. This thing has saved me on my last fall, which was really bad…I have felt my foot heal faster with this than the old ice pack which I was have to constantly adjust on my foot. The cold stays cold for longer and the ability to make a it hot adds as a bonus. The quality feels sturdy, from the wrap down to the gel pack. It was easy to use and charged really fast. I love the 20 min constant and fluctuation compression modes. It really helped in my recovery.

Omg this helps sooo much
Omg this is amazing. I had a traumatizing surgery in dec 24. I broke every bone,my ankle, etc in a fall. When they cut my leg open they said it looked like a bomb went off. I have more material than I have living bone. This has given my ankle more life than ive felt in a year. I have just moved my toes. 1st time sine dec 13 24

Good option but not for ankle area.
Overall good product.The 3 stars is because the way the ice pack is shapped (like a pamper) there is always a gap on the ankle bone area where for me is where I need most. The achiles and bottom of foot totally iced but… not sure how they can fix it but worth sharing.

Poor Design and Ineffective Relief!
This wrap looked promising, but it turned out to be a big letdown. The compression feature is awkward and doesn’t stay consistent, making it uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. The gel packs don’t hold temperature long enough, whether hot or cold, so the relief is very short-lived. On top of that, the fit is bulky and hard to secure properly, especially if you’re trying to move around. For something marketed as supportive and therapeutic, it just doesn’t deliver.

Perfect for RICE after a sprain
I suffered a bad sprain right before a family cruise and this device was a life saver. It allowed me to handle more walking and activity than I otherwise could have and relieved my evening and wake-up pain before ibuprofen could kick in. So worth it!
