Great shoe, fit, comfort top drawer. Roomy toe box. Great balance in the midsole of cushion and stability for a trail shoe.killer colors. Got the sunny lime just in time! Love them!

Brooks Cascadia 19. 19 Generations later and still an awesome brand, design and shoe.
I have been wearing Brooks Cascadia since version 1 and I always love them. Version 19 does not disappoint. Instantly familiar, comfortable and good looking. I wear them everywhere. They have great support and are designed for a natural pronator like me. My one and only complaint is the length of the laces. I have high insteps and the laces are always too short. I typically leave out the top lace hole and keep right on going. The Toe box is wide enough for me and I get no heel lift. Great shoe albeit a premium price

Good but not great.
Really nice but not as tough as you might hope. The insoles come out easily if you’re kicking them off. Hard to explain, but just a tad flimsier than previous additions.Not sure if I would recommend them over other additions if you don’t really need them right now, it might behoove you to wait till the next model comes out.Or with easy Amazon returns just get them and try them on and see what you think.

Very sturdy and comfortable
After breaking them in I wore these hiking in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. They held up to the rocky trails very well. Extremely comfortable. Keep in mind that these are trail shoes, not hiking boots, and decide based on the terrain you will be traveling. If you’re hiking on rocks a pair of boots might be advisable for added support. For most trails these are a solid choice.

My husband has been a Ghost only fan for years but these have officially taken over as his favorite shoe. I cannot count how many times, unprompted!, that he has said how comfortable they are.
