Nifty little case to keep medicine cold
I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with this, but it works perfectly. I was shocked at how well it kept the medicine cold. I was traveling for about 5 hours and when I arrived at my hotel, the ice packs were still frozen solid. Obviously, it works best if you remembered to freeze your ice packs the night before leaving on a trip. I’m not sure how long they will last in a frozen state, but my hotel had a small fridge without a freezer and the ice packs were completely unfrozen by the 4th day while in the fridge. I also really liked the small form factor of the case which made it easy to transport in my suitcase. Highly recommend!

I needed a cold case to transport my medication that needs to be kept cold, when I travel to my Infusion doc over an hour away.This case is fantastic. It holds cool, has plenty of room inside for the ice packs and medication box.It would fit your insulin vial, pens, needles, swabs and glucose testing equipment too.I used it when we had to travel a way to a medical appointment. And it help 3 insulin pens, a handful of needle tips, alcohol swabs and 2 ice packs.It’s made well. Very sturdy. Easy to use. High quality zippers. And it does not weight a lot. So very easy to carry.As I explained, it’s incredibly versatile. Not just for the use of insulin supplies.Great buy.

Worked for 4 hours
Kept my 2 pens cold for a 4 hour travel time but the packs had thawed. For a longer duration, I would probably surround it with additional ice packs for a cooler ambient temperature.

Great for anyone who takes shots
My husband takes a weekly shot for his diabetes and I take a shot for my asthma. Both are in an auto injectable pen. This case held 4 shots easily. Worked great for traveling with them. Easy to use, just freeze the packs and insert them in the case, add the shots and zip. I got it for a great price. Fits great in and bag or suitcase.
