Customers say
Customers find the sphygmomanometer to be of good quality and accurate, particularly noting it performs better than automatic models. Moreover, the device is easy to use and functions well. However, the size receives mixed feedback, with one customer mentioning the cuff is too wide for their needs. Additionally, durability is also mixed, with some customers saying it will last a long time while another reports issues with the bladder disintegrating with use.

Easy to use and very accurate
This is a high quality instrument, well worth the price. When it comes to your health, why skimp.

QUALITY PRODUCT
There are a lot of cheap sphygmomanometers out there. It pays to get a good one. The price difference is only $20-$30 between garbage and a quality product. This arm cuff is solid material that will last a long time; cheaper materials will fray with use and fall apart or the bladders inside the cuff will disintegrate. The velcro is high quality; you’ll see a big difference if you look at cheaper brands (You can hear the difference when you “unzip” it). The manometer is, likewise, well made and guaranteed for life; (others have a limited guarantee). You will also find there are cheap insufflator bulbs and cheap valves on other units. These are well made and will last a long time. Be careful to buy the correct size cuff – child size, normal for a “normal” adult, or “large adult” if your overweight / pretty overweight (up to a BMI of about 40). Get the thigh cuff if your BMI is over 40 or so. (You can also take a measurement of your arm – the cuffs have a size range on them.)

Very nice.
Great quality all the way around. Should last a long time. Seem to be accurate. Easy to read.

Great product
So glad to finally have a manual blood pressure cuff. The electric one we had was giving inaccurate readings. Finally we have something reliable. Thank you!

Good
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the case is smaller than others I have on hand. Otherwise, great.

Needed big cuff
I bought this because I was tired of medical people taking my blood pressure on my forearm! I really don’t think my arm is that huge and that there are many people who have arms the size of mine. So now instead of being angry when they come in with cuffs that are too small, I have my own including a stethoscope that I bought on Amazon. This has really worked out nicely for me and I am happy now getting accurate blood pressure readings.

BP numbers were “Questionable” — higher than the doc office due to undercuff (using too small cuff)
My old one was leaking, order this one based on the rating and description. The first measurement was higher than normal, made an appointment with my doctor, the BP numbers in her office were lower (normal), then I went to Walgreens bought another similar one, BP numbers are close to the doc office.I compared both devices, found this one (by ADC) is higher than Walgreens version.== UpdateNote that: Doc office and Walgreens ones were normal adult size while ADC one was “small adult” size.Wish the website provides “LIMB RANGE” for each size.

Great Customer Support
Product worked for 6 months and developed a leak. It was outside Amazons return policy. I contacted them directly and they sent me a new cuff immediately. I was on the phone for less than 5 min!
