Customers say
Customers find the mattress comfortable, well-made, and worth the price, with many reporting improved sleep quality and faster sleep onset. The firmness receives mixed feedback, with some describing it as medium to firm while others find it too soft. Back support and size also get mixed reviews – while some say it provides better support, others report back pain, and while some consider it a true king size bed, others note it’s smaller than advertised. The mattress’s sturdiness is also mixed, with some finding it solid while others report sagging issues.

My Son LOVES This
I caught this on sale for my oldest son’s impending launch, with the expectation we’d store it in his closet until he was ready to move (a few months from now- he’s in his last semester of his college program). He has a smaller closet, and the way it’s packaged makes it totally feasible to stand in a back corner until you’re ready to open it. As it turns out, he was excited and ready to open it now. Oof.Fast forward 10 days, after I’ve ordered the up-sized bed frame and mattress protector (I’d already bought the sheets, pillows, and comforter set) and arranged to borrow the neighbor’s guest bedroom so the mattress had a flat place to lay undisturbed for three days, and now he’s lodged a complaint that this new bed is too comfortable and he’s struggling to make himself get out of it for his 9 a.m. class. Our experience was kind of an obstacle course, but here’s what you need to know:• The package is heavier than it looks. Proceed accordingly.• Don’t open the plastic vacuum wrap until you’ve got a flat surface this can lay on for a few days to fully re-inflate.• We didn’t notice any strong odors after opening.• It expands rapidly when you open the plastic. Like… RoadRunner cartoon rapidly. Proceed accordingly.• Standard full-size sheets and mattress protectors accommodate it just fine.• It’s more plush than we expected, but still has minimal motion transfer.• It really does stay cool. My kid sleeps hot and even after sleeping on it for 8 hours, he’s still comfortable when he wakes up.• We have it on a bed frame with closely-spaced metal slats and no box spring, and it’s still fully supportive. I’ll add a board to extend the life of the mattress, but it’s comfortable without either.• I had also planned to add a 3” mattress topper to this when I bought it, to further extend the life of the mattress. I’m still going to do that, but for comfort and cooling, it’s not necessary.• It’s too soft for me, but I have a long-standing angry hip flexor condition that demands a bed only slightly softer than a sheet of plywood.Overall, we are super impressed with this mattress; both at the sale price AND the regular price and we recommend it. It’s a fantastic value.

You will NOT be disappointed with this mattress!
I don’t often sit down and write a product review but I thought I would after purchasing and experiencing this mattress. First off the shipment… I believe I was told after ordering it was going to take about a week for me to receive this mattress but it shipped through UPS and arrived on my porch in half the time. I ordered the 10-inch mattress so a decent size box, around 37 pounds, to haul in. It is a good thing I had my adult daughter to help me bring it in as there’s really no place to grab hold with your hands so you can’t really drag it in, you have to carry it. By myself, given I have steps, I would have had to use a hand dolly. The packaging… How they got this big of a mattress in that box, again pretty decent size, seems like something out of science fiction. It comes rolled up and sealed in a thick plastic wrap. Now a few things once you get the mattress out of the boc… you want to have a really good pair of scissors or knife to cut through the plastic. Also you want to do this in a room with plenty of space. If you’re going to do this on the bed frame make sure you have space around the frame. And it doesn’t hurt to have a helper but you can do it solo. This particular mattress is a combination of various memory gel/foams and springs so as you free it from the plastic it will WANT to unroll and do so fast. This is where having an additional set of hands works in your favor. So once the mattress is freed from the plastic and in its unrolled state to me it’s pretty much ready to go. i read some reviews about giving it 24-48 hours to let it achieve it’s full form but this model seemed ready to go to sleep on immediately. Now the quality… I haven’t slept good for years. I had a lousy mattress over the last decade that I tried memory foam toppers on and still never got a restful sleep. Often I’d wake up feeling tired, my back tight, shoulders stiff and starting the day off on the wrong foot. After a week on this mattress I find I’m relaxing a lot more… I’m not feeling as tense… my joings, especially my shoulders, are feeling a lot looser. My back’s not tight. I wake up feeling way more relaxed and refreshed than I had been.So for me, based on the cost, the shipping, the packaging, the sleep quality, I’m giving this mattress five stars. It’s a high quality mattress for a great price that you will not be disappointed with.
