Perfect for kids who need help in bathroom
This works perfectly! When my 4 year old needs help in the bathroom, he just presses the button and we can easily hear the chime in a different room! I bought the two pack so we have the button in his room, one receiver in our bedroom and the other receiver in the basement. Literally all you have to do is plug the receiver into an outlet- couldn’t be easier. It actually transmits through two levels in our house- no problem hearing the chime in the basement even though his room is on the top floor. Would highly recommend!

Very easy to use.
We bought for my in-laws who came to live on a small house on our property. They are elderly and have memory and dementia problems and are not very technologically savvy. My father-in-law is completely unable to use a phone and especially at night they get confused easily. This is an easy way for them to let us know in the house that there is a problem. We have been using it for several months now and it’s being used at least a couple of times a week. two different receivers plug into two different areas of the house so we can always hear them. They have one button that hangs in their bedroom right by their bed in another that my mother-in-law carries around either on her neck or in her rollator basket. Their RV is a good distance from our bedroom receiver but we always get the call. Several issues we have: there is no way of letting them know that we have heard the call until we are out in their trailer. It would be nice to be able to send a signal back that their message has been heard and someone is coming. My mother-in-law frequently presses it multiple times because she doesn’t know that it worked because she has no sound on her side either when she presses it. The other issue my mother-in-law has is that when it’s hanging from her neck it swings out and gets in her way. My husband also would have liked the lanyard to have a safety release so if it gets caught on something or she goes to sleep with it on it would release easily with a tug. That being said this is a very economical and easy to use solution to what is probably a very common problem. Even with my father-in-law’s Advanced state of dementia he knows that pushing that button gets him help quickly. It’s big and easy to see and use.

Instructions give incorrect battery size
I bought a 2-pack. One works fine but one call button does not work. Seemed to be broken from the start. Tried contacting seller but got no reply. Decided to try changing the battery and discovered that the instructions state the wrong battery size. Repeated frustrations!
