Get’s pull tabs started
The best feature for me is that it gets pesky pull tabs started, lifting them up so that I can actually pull them the rest of the way with my hands. The water bottle opener definitely works well for me as a senior, although for some people who have more advanced neuropathy in their hands it might be a bit more difficult. It’s nice to have some to share.

Works well for water bottles
Disposable water bottles have grippy lines on their caps that can hurt if the lid is on too tight. This plastic openers work pretty well for opening bottles, as well as aluminum can tabs. Having a few to give away is nice too.

Easy and effective. Best way to operate is to put on the bottle top and grasp the whole mechanism and twist – not finger and thumb.
