Their stand works great with the echo frame through the echo show. I’m sorry easy installation great for your money and the quality was there.

The stand is fine and works very well
No issues with the stand, it works well and does what it’s supposed to, but I’ll probably end up returning it because the Echo Show 5 (newest model) that it fits is a big disappointment. Won’t have any use for the stand if I return the device, and I don’t know if I just got a bad Echo Show or if they all suffer the same issues of slowness and dim screens, but I don’t care to try a second one.So yes, if you own an Echo Show 5 you like, or are getting one, this is a great little stand, easy and functional to use.

Game/life changer.
I’ve always been against all things Alexa (privacy, etc.), same with all things Google (oh so much with Google). I’m extremely tech savvy and have been for 40 years… so it’s not that I don’t understand technology, instead it’s that I understand it a bit too much to be comfortable with the loss of anonymity and oh so much more. That being said, it’s not like any of us aren’t or can’t be tracked in countless other ways in this day and age (sadly and uncomfortably), so I finally broke down and bought 2 of these Echo’s and I’ve got to say… WOW, game changer, life changer. I’m still learning some of the ins and outs, and I’m not paying for a subscription, but even without paying for anything, just the ability to see my orders on Amazon, track them to some degree, the music that’s included, shopping lists, pairing the 2 so that the one upstairs and downstairs both mirror each other – all of it, total game changer.Quality of the device it’s is excellent as is the sound! While paired each of the 2 only use 1 speaker and the sound quality is phenomenal even with 1 speaker! Installation was cake (though if you’ve been avoiding all things in this arena for as long as I have, you may want to play around with and don’t rush yourself to learn all of the settings in a second or even 1 days, just get your privacy setup as quick as possible lol, I started playing with reminders, routines and alarms all at time, and too quickly, and then had to reset and start anew – I had way too much going on without a full understanding (again, I read nothing lol).It’s very sturdy, but I did also buy the stands for them, which I can also say is a game changer – I wouldn’t like them without the stands, the stands help get it off the furniture, make it look more sleek and allow you to put it into any direction you like (I definitely recommend the stands – unsure why they aren’t sold with them, in my opinion they should be).It looks great, it’s compact enough to fit anywhere, but not too small where you can’t see it – adjustment ability is a little tricky until you get/learn the right touch, which I become better at each day. All in all I think these are GREAT.*** Note: If you’re an iPhone user as I am, it might take a few days to learn your Hey Siri from your Alexa LOL. That took a few days and I laughed through it all, I now feel like I’m either cheating on, or broke up with Siri lol. I definitely recommend these little game changers!

Works but the price is so high for a stand! I need it as i use it for a bedroom table but when the stand is half of the price of the unit itself … crazy. The “package price was great, though.With that said – it works perfectly, looks great, sturdy and charges another item if needed.

I love the stand because it allows it to sit up a little higher and you can adjust it so you can point it up or down. It makes it easy for me to use it to read when I am like trying to see a recipe or something, but it works great when I need to point it down so my kids can see it and choose from the options as well.It was perfect. Packaging was great. Shipping was quick. I received the item right when they told me I would and I absolutely love the color.

Very rich sound!
I’m very happy with this Echo! We moved, and the movers threw our things into random boxes so I still have no idea where our original Alexa is. I ordered this for the music, and it’s even BETTER than our original! It is like I have a desktop surround sound system! I also ordered the base, so there’s another USB-C charging port. The speaker is very sensitive, so it ‘wakes’ up when you are close to it. Well worth the money.

Slow and buggy
I replaced an older version of the Echo Show 5 with this one. Quite frankly, I enjoyed the older one better. Perhaps mine is defective, but it is slow to wake and complete commands, and sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get Alexa to work properly, if at all. I have restarted, reset, checked for updates, but it always has the same issues. The Night Mode never works (tried using both the Scheduled and Automatic settings). It also still does not have Netflix integration, which I was aware of at the time I purchased, but I assumed by now it would have been available.The only improvement from my older version is the speakers produce better sound and are louder. But the sound adjustment is not very fine tuned. In a mostly quiet environment, the jump from volume 1 to 2 is a bit much. Then from 2 to 4 it seems like negligible volume increases.

Bought the stand simply to avoid another plug/cable across the floor. My daughter can keep the Alexa on her nightstand while it charges on the base. Great that it is movable too so, really happy.
