    exactly what the doctor ordered. Got this for my Dad so I could help him through his ACL rehab. Easy to read and covers every exercise you could imagine.They provide a great video series that acts as a supplement to the book. Highly recommend checking that out as well (no additional cost).

    Best education book on ACL rehab..
    I love the step by step process on how to fully recover from an ACL surgery. The exercises are fantastic. Often you are given cookie cutter exercises that do not help you get back to your sport. This book will help. This is a must read!

    Absolute necessity for anyone with a torn ACL!
    This book gets straight to the point and delivers on the title. The pictures are clear and make it easy to do every exercise and stretch.The book is organized into defined phases so you can know exactly what to do and when to do it.The author even put in QR codes to get to videos for exercises online.Running is important to me so I like that the book includes a “Return to Running Program”This has been one of the most valuable assets I’ve had so far in dealing with a torn ACL!!!
