Easy Ice for a swollen Ankle!
It was perfect! I fell and had a badly sprained ankle. It was a little big but it was cold where I needed it to be! It will work for either foot. It could also work for an elbow if you have small to medium arms. I wear a size 10 women’s shoe and it slid on my foot and ankle just fine with PLENTY of room. I bought it because of the cooling not for compression just an fyi!

Great for swelling feet
Fits my feet when they are swollen due to arthritis. I just wish they stayed cold longer. After about 15 minutes it’s time to put back in freezer. Directions say to put in frig. Tried that like the freezer betterI do love these, just wish it stayed colder

I fractured my foot in 2 places and I needed to keep it iced several times throughout the day. I purchased this ice pack in spite of many reviews that said it did not stay cold long. I guess I should have listened to the reviews.I know that when icing body parts, you only keep ice on for 15 minutes or so (unless doctor says otherwise). So, I expected this ice pack to last at least 15 minutes. I got about 5, maybe 10 minutes, of coolness from this ice pack. My first clue that it wouldn’t stay cold long should have been that you keep this ice pack in the refrigerator and not the freezer. This ice pack was cool, at best, and definitely not cold/icy.I do like the fact that you can use this without having to wrap it with an ace bandage, though. I did wrap it with an ace bandage, though, so I could try to get a few extra minutes of coolness from it. Unfortunately, with my foot injury, getting this ice pack on my foot was tricky without causing pain. I wish the openings had a little bit of stretch to them.Great concept, but just didn’t work for me.

Instant Foot Relief
Great for side and top foot aches and pains. My son started soccer this year and getting used to his cleats and footwork his feet are often achy when he gets home. This has been so beneficial and easy to use. Simple put in the freezer and literally in 20/30 minutes you got yourself instant relief. It’s made from durable material and doesn’t slip off the foot nor is it difficult to put on. The design is well thought out. It is effective for its purpose. I went with a large (wears a men’s size 9) because I didn’t want him to struggle trying to put this in himself and I’m glad I did. It’s smooth and easy to put on and take off without struggle. It’s the perfect consistency of gel; does not harden or become solid. Would definitely purchase again!

Not fitted- too big to be useful
This product looks fitted like a sock. It’s not. It’s so loose you could fit your thigh in it. As a result it’s fairly useless unless it’s the top of your foot you need iced. Additionally, it doesn’t hold a chill very well at all. Unless you want to struggle to get a sock over it, or wrap a rope or something around x it to get it onto the spots you need, find a different product.

Bought for my son who suffered a sprain while playing sports. Helped with the swealing and the healing process. Threw it in the freezer for a few hours put it on and helped tremendously. Liked that it did not burn your skin upon contact. The size is a great one size fits most, the comfort and stretch was placed right over the needed areas.Recommend!

Amazing product, great price
This is a miracle worker. It is not slippery at all. It is a little big on my foot and I wear size 9 shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and it helps ease the pain so much.
