Incredible Relief for Headaches and Migraines
This headache relief cap is an absolute lifesaver. If you suffer from tension headaches or migraines, you need to try this. It’s so much better than trying to balance a clumsy ice pack on your head.The design is brilliant. It’s a soft, stretchy cap filled with a cooling gel that provides 360 degree coverage. Migraine relief 10/10
These are literally life savers. I use it for regular headaches, but wear it backwards when i don’t have a migraine because it is cold on your eyes. For migraines, the eye relief is great. Fits perfectly, easy to use, pain relief is 10/10. Only thing that helps my migraines, better than medication.

Buy more than 1 if you have bad migraines
This product is getting 4 stars ONLY because it stays cool for about 20 minutes. I would recommend buying 2- 3 of them if you have severe migraines like I do that way you can change them out mid way. Otherwise, this product is a game changer for pain relief with migraines. The pressure, feel and coldness really does help. Oh and you do need to wash it regularly otherwise it gets that “burnt freezer” smell to it. I’ve been using it for around a year or more, and it still works great.

I absolutely survive by this. I originally bought one for my mom because she kept getting migraines and then I used it once and it is so soothing and really helps when I had a headache. Highly recommend!

Exceptional! Quick relief!
This cap is incredible!!!! I get horribly overheated when mowing, struggle to cool down and end up with a headache that will last for 24-48 hours. After mowing this morning and leaving this thing on for 20 min, I’m cooled down and no headache!!!

Very helpful product. I keep it in the fridge, then take it out and use it when I have a migraine. The only issue is that it cools down too fast and eventually will smell a bit like the fridge. It is very comfortable, and I notice that the pain from my migraines is significantly reduced after a couple minutes of wearing it, which offers a sense of peace after struggling with a migraine. The only problem is that the smell of the fridge can make it a little overwhelming to wear. Overall, it is very helpful, I just recommend keeping it in a ziploc bag so the smell doesn’t get into the fabric.
