Comfortable, waterproof
I like it. The blood pressure is low but I guess that’s because it’s in my finger. Otherwise it seems to be close to what my Fitbit reads. It’s comfortable and waterproof so I can wash dishes with it on. It lasts 4-5 days before charging. I have to be sure it sits right in the case to get charged. For the cost difference of the higher priced ones, I’m happy.

Ring watch.
It’s an interesting ring. So far it’s accurate for steps and heart rate.

Stylish and Convenient Health Tracker
I purchased the black fitness ring for my husband, and it’s surprisingly stylish—sleek and modern. We were careful when measuring his ring size, and it fits perfectly. That said, I do wish we had measured a different finger than the one he wears his wedding band on, because now he can only wear one or the other. The ring doesn’t fit on any of his other fingers. BUYER TIP: The instructions suggest wearing the ring on the index or middle finger.As for functionality, the ring works great and tracks all the parameters as advertised. Pairing it with the app was quick and easy. The step count closely matches what his phone tracks and the sleep tracking is pretty accurate. The only data point we don’t put much stock in is the blood pressure reading—it consistently showed higher numbers than we’re used to seeing. When we double-checked with a traditional BP cuff, his readings were perfectly normal. After some research, we learned that the ring estimates BP based on pulse curve data, so it’s more of a rough approximation than an accurate medical reading.Overall, it’s a very convenient health tracker—more discreet than a Fitbit and far less distracting than a smartwatch with constant notifications. Definitely a good choice if you want simple, low-profile health tracking.

The rink quit working correctly after eight weeks
The ring quit working after two months, and it’s very difficult to get in touch with the Chinese outfit and have them answer your question so I’m now going to an ouraAnd the step counter quit working

Inconsistent = pretty useless
I’m not exactly sure what I was expecting with this ring, but I was hoping for some decent tracking of my vitals, and especially my sleep.I’ll start with the positive – the ring is very comfortable. It fit pretty well, though I think it was slightly smaller than other rings I have of the same size. It looks great, and it also maintained its shine through some bumps I would have expected to leave scratches. Nothing crazy, but let’s be realistic – most rings scratch, and this one didn’t.The fitness tracker is just really inconsistent, so it kind of ruined the whole deal. If I just wanted a plain ring, I would not have chosen one that cost $60. It’s not a crazy price, especially for what it is, but I wouldn’t spend my own money on it.
