A staple product for managing my headaches.
This really helps me reverse headaches that are due to inflammation in my neck. Some reviewers say it doesn’t last long. I would say that it last about 20 minutes which is what i always see being recommended to ice something. Sometimes i want a little more after i take it off for a bit so — easy enough — I just have 2. They fit in my freezer nice and stay soft. They come with a nice protective sleeve that you can keep them in the freezer so they don’t interact with anything else in there. They drape around your neck softly and fit to your form. They velcro closed. The velcro could be a little bigger but it works good. It stays flexible. Comfortable to wear. This is way easier to use than an ice pack that you have to hold or balance. NOTE: I’ve only used this for icing. Not sure about heating. This helps me REVERSE my headaches.

Well worth the money
I’m really happy with this purchase. I use it cold every night to treat inflammation in my neck and rotator cuff. It’s very soft and flexible so it hugs my neck perfectly and feels comforting to wear even when the coldness wears off. I can attach it with the velcro and wear it like a collar when I’m doing stuff around my house or if I’m sitting still I can unattach it and pull it further over my shoulder. I find it pretty cold at first so I wear a light sweater under it. I’ve had this for almost 5 months and it shows no signs of wear and tear or odors. It seems really well made so I expect to have it for a long time.

3 times a charm
This was the 3rd neck thing I’ve tried and finally a keeper. Its so comfortable to wear, it conforms right to my neck, shoulders and upper back, and because it conforms to my neck, it is in full contact with the muscles I need to ice YEY!!! Just what I wanted. It comes out of the freezer very cold and still super flexible unlike the others I’ve tried. It reaches far enough in the back to hit the upper back and neck musles and stays in place. It stays super cold for about 10ish minutes and cold for about another 20 which is good enough for me since I don’t need to ice any longer than that. If you’re looking for something specifically for the neck this is it.

Soothing Relief in Minutes
I recently purchased this neck gel pack to help with my headaches, and I have to say-this has become one of my favorites. The fabric is soft on the skin, and it fit snugly around my neck. I noticed a real difference after the first time I used it. However, it does only last about 20 minutes. But, its well worth the investment.
